We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Really nice place with good location at the main road of Koh Samet. Easy to walk anywhere around city area, and white sand beach. Nice and clean room with own balcony (they have many kind of different rooms however). OK small breakfast also served.

United KingdomIt was a bit bright at night through the thin curtains with the lights outside on the walking path and because our room was next to the breakfast area we could hear the staff preparing food in the morning. None of it was terrible but thought worth mentioning. The beaded strands on the inside of the bathroom doors made it a bit difficult getting in and out. Just the doors would probably be enough and would still look cool.
The staff were super lovely and the room was very cool! The location was brilliant! Very close to the beach surrounded by great shops and restaurants. The room was well stocked with toiletries and the bed was excellently comfortable.

FranceThe room doesn't have a window. Only the glass door, that is on the hallway with other rooms. Means if you are staying a bit inside during the hotest hours of the day, you are either keeping the curtains open for day light but exposing yourself to the other guests, or you close the curtains and then you are in the dark. It would be good to find a way to have both day light and privacy.
The location is perfect, in the middle of a street with many restaurants and very close to the beach. Big bed, comfy enough. Clean.

United KingdomThe only issue was the mosquitoes down on the ground floor but its Thailand so if the mosquitoes are an issue don't go to Thailand. Simple.
All the staff at this hotel are amazing, my wifes uncle was taken very ill with breathing difficulties whilst here and the staff could not do enough to help us getting him back and to, to the clinic on koh Samed . The kindness they showed will never be forgotten.

AWESOME location on the main road. Super close to the beach, plus all the 7-11s, shops and restaurants etc. Cozy quiet room with comfy beds & mini fridge. Very laid back chill atmosphere. Breakfast was basic but appreciated. Helpful friendly staff.

Ireland- The lady at the reception sold me a ticket for a 3h trip to visit 6 islands when I asked very specifically to go only to Koh Thalu, so I cancelled when I was about to start the tour. In the end she gave me money back but never apologised, I wasted 1 day of my holidays and will never see Koh Thalu. - The room has never been cleaned, but someone went to unplug my fridge every day. - It was extremely noisy and very hard to sleep. Can hear EVERYTHING from the person next door, especially because there was a dinosaur staying there who made my room shake on every single step he/she took for the whole time I stayed there. It's a nice hotel but not managed very well, thing is on the island there aren't many options...

Thailandthe breakfast was the exact same every day, the food was cold by the time I arrived for breakfast, the rooms do not get cleaned every day which I didn’t like because sand eventually got accumulated all over. the rooms also have super thin curtains and glass windows on the ceiling which made the room super bright in the morning.
the hotel is really cute, the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. the location is exceptional and the staff is super friendly.
