This is a very special place. A stunning location with a beautiful pool. It’s such an oasis of calm only a short distance from the bustle of Ao Nang - with a complementary tuk tuk to get there. Our bungalow was lovely.

We liked everything!

We loved it here! The location was good, only a short tuc-tuc drive from the beach. The rooms were large and comfy, the staff were very nice. One of them was teaching me Thai phrases which I really enjoyed learning, and I got great responses from locals when using them. My kids loved the pool which was set in a picturesque location and felt like you were in the jungle. We can't wait to go back!

We would have enjoyed the frequency of the taxi service especially later in the morning. it would have saved us some hot and sweaty walks to and from the beach. While the ongoing construction is a positive sign that the resort is being well-maintained, it did occasionally detract from the overall experience during our stay. The prices of food and drinks at the resort are unnecessarily high, often three to four times more expensive than what local restaurants and vendors offer nearby.

We had an exceptionally pleasant stay, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we were well cared for. The rooms are spacious, featuring mosquito nets and efficient air-conditioning, with large bathrooms that include both a roomy shower and a jacuzzi bath. Housekeeping is excellent, keeping everything spotless and well-stocked. The hotel boasts a large swimming pool, and the staff even took the initiative to inflate the kids’ floaties, which was a thoughtful touch. The property offers beautiful views, with lush greenery and dramatic mountains as the backdrop. The location is also ideal, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and a 7-Eleven. During the low season, the value for money is outstanding.

Incredible, beautiful resort in Krabi. My sister, friend and I so enjoyed our stay here. The resort is absolutely beautiful, breakfast is delicious, the pool is awesome, and our lake-view room was stellar. Fareeda, who was always at the front desk when we arrived, was also incredibly kind and helpful. 15/10!

Nothing that I can think of!

The hotel is set in a tropical oasis. The view of the imposing limestone rocks from the pool is just out of this world. The gardens are carefully manicured and the whole place is just well kept. The breakfast each morning overlooking the pond/lake was fantastic. We are currently on our last day's stay of eight but could quote happily stay for another eight! Our Triple family cottage has everything that we want/need. Hats off to every member of staff at the Ban Sainai!

The hotel is under construction and this gave some extra noise at the swimming pool. But overall not a real issue.

Very good value for money. Nice resort with beautiful swimming pool + fitness. Very nice breakfast. Clean and spacious, comfortable room/bathroom. Very friendly staff. Not to close by the center (noise) and there's a free shuttle service that takes you to town.

Very good apartment in a quiet location with private space. We lived in houses by the pond, occasionally we managed to see the local water inhabitants. Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything was more than perfect. We definitely know where we can stay in Ao Nang during our next trip to Thailand.

This hotel is located in one of the best positions in Ao Nang, offering the most stunning views imaginable. ALL the staff were amazing and incredibly friendly. Having traveled to numerous destinations, we can confidently say this is one of the most beautiful locations we have stayed in. Our room had many amenities including a balcony with a hammock, a spa bath, a pool with a spectacular view, and much more.

Everything, the room is fascinating, super friendly and helpful staff that always help us with everything, from renting motorbikes, booking tours etc., they are always very helpful and provide very detailed information. The resort is so beautiful and you really feel like you are living in the woods, beautiful pool facing the cliff, and the bar at the pool is very nice with delicious drinks!

Absolutely amazing place! Staff are lovely and they make sure you have everything you need. Beautiful view from the swimming pool, lovely view from the breakfast place, lovely selection of food. We stayed in a hut with the jungle view and it was amazing. Hut itself was quality, clean and very spacious with huge bathroom. We spent some time on the terrace listening to the sound of jungle and in the evenings we had two lizards keeping us company :) We had truly great experience, I can't recommend it enough! Thank you so much!
