The bathroom configuration felt a little odd and the bathtub was too large. Felt like I was wasting a lot of water to try to take a bath so gave up.

Hotel's grounds are very nice. We enjoyed breakfast overlooking a large pond with birds and other wildlife. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

If I have to say something, it would be that the towels in the rooms need to be changed urgently!!

The hotel is lovely, clean and well maintained with amazing and very well kept gardens. The pool was amazing. The location of the hotel is awesome under a huge limestone cliff!! All the staff, from the reception to the gardeners, are excellent, very helpful and always with a sweet smile!!! Especially one of the three girls working at the reception (Fareeda) is a great professional and adorable person!!! She helped us (me and my husband) with all the issues that may were intended during the 47 days we stayed at the hotel...and it was not a few!! Fareeda thank you so much for everything!!!

AMAZING! The staff are so nice. They offer a transport to the room whenever you need The hotel is placed in front of a beautiful cliff which makes the stay in the hotel just like in a fairytale. This was easily the best stay in our lives so far. The area is beautiful and very well maintained Food is great and breakfast is different everyday which is great. Every dish and cocktail looks amazing The cleaningness is to perfection Rooms are beautiful. We stayed in the room with a lake view and it was lovely. It exceeded our expectations so much. The rooms are also big. Our best stays in Thailand ! Thank you so much for your hard work, we will remember it for a long time

There wasnt anything that we didnt like, but being able to get a glass of wine in the evening would have been nice. However, you can stock your own fridge, so it wasn't an issue.

We loved everything about this resort! The views are stunning, especially from the pool. It's peaceful and relaxing but has Ao Nang literally just round the corner. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The cottage was spacious and pleasant with a great bathroom.

There are too few sun beds and no alcohol is available from the hotel.

The whole hotel would suit anyone wishing a quieter stay. The grounds are surrounded by nature even to the point of huge carp and monitor lizzards in the lake (really!, brilliant!).

Breakfast could have been tastier. Water pressure was not that great. Maybe there are signs of wear here and there but I don’t think that was a problem.

After 3 weeks of discovering a noisy and crowded Thailand, for me this was like an oasis. So quiet, surrounded by nature, amazing pool, location away from the crowds but still at walking distance from the beach (bonus you also have free shuttle to the beach). Our cottage was so pretty, with a spacious bathroom, very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t eat at the restaurant so I can’t comment on the quality of the food.

Pool and gym opened at 8am, we like to go earlier so 7 am would have been great. Restaurant we ate at once and we preferred others which was ok as good choices nearby.

We had a garden view villa which was perfect - 1008 close to the pool and v secluded. Pool was great bigger than it looks. Room v spacious. 20 min walk to beach or tuk tuk 100BHT. hotel has free shuttle every 2h. Location great for us as was v quiet and relaxing but close to amenities. Great restaurant ton ma yom v close!

This is my second time returning to Ban Sanai. It’s such a wonderful, tropical location a short tuk tuk ride to Ao Nang beach and a great base to explore the islands. The staff are so lovely and friendly and kind and really make sure you have everything for your stay. The Pool is one of the most beautiful pools I’ve been in overlooking lush palm trees and the beautiful rocks of Krabi. All in all it’s a lovely quiet haven away from the touristy noisy part of Ao Nang but close enough to enjoy everything

At times there were kids around the pool, making it hard to nap in the afternoon. Adults only would be ideal here!

Very friendly and happy staff, super clean and beautiful vistas all around you. Breakfast was good. The rooms are quiet and tucked away from the hustle of the main road in town. Everything that could be done to make your stay perfect was actioned and the pool area is lovely to unwind.

Our only issue and it wouldn’t stop us returning but was a bit frustrating was that the water pressure in the shower was poor. Our room had a lovely big round bath tub but it took forever to fill - only attempted that once!

We loved our stay here, it was a calm peaceful oasis away from the busy Ao nang centre. Free Shuttle taxi into Ao nang was good we used it a few times. Rooms lovely, little bungalow/chalets set in beautiful tropical gardens. Pool fabulous, staff so friendly and helpful with any queries we had. Hotel doesn’t serve alcohol but not a problem for us, fridge in room so you can buy your own drinks. Enough local eating places within 10 mins walk from hotel so you don’t always need to go into Ao nang centre. Hotel only serves breakfast (which was gorgeous) and you can order lunch but not dinner in the evening.
