Pool and gym opened at 8am, we like to go earlier so 7 am would have been great. Restaurant we ate at once and we preferred others which was ok as good choices nearby.

We had a garden view villa which was perfect - 1008 close to the pool and v secluded. Pool was great bigger than it looks. Room v spacious. 20 min walk to beach or tuk tuk 100BHT. hotel has free shuttle every 2h. Location great for us as was v quiet and relaxing but close to amenities. Great restaurant ton ma yom v close!

This is my second time returning to Ban Sanai. It’s such a wonderful, tropical location a short tuk tuk ride to Ao Nang beach and a great base to explore the islands. The staff are so lovely and friendly and kind and really make sure you have everything for your stay. The Pool is one of the most beautiful pools I’ve been in overlooking lush palm trees and the beautiful rocks of Krabi. All in all it’s a lovely quiet haven away from the touristy noisy part of Ao Nang but close enough to enjoy everything

At times there were kids around the pool, making it hard to nap in the afternoon. Adults only would be ideal here!

Very friendly and happy staff, super clean and beautiful vistas all around you. Breakfast was good. The rooms are quiet and tucked away from the hustle of the main road in town. Everything that could be done to make your stay perfect was actioned and the pool area is lovely to unwind.

Our only issue and it wouldn’t stop us returning but was a bit frustrating was that the water pressure in the shower was poor. Our room had a lovely big round bath tub but it took forever to fill - only attempted that once!

We loved our stay here, it was a calm peaceful oasis away from the busy Ao nang centre. Free Shuttle taxi into Ao nang was good we used it a few times. Rooms lovely, little bungalow/chalets set in beautiful tropical gardens. Pool fabulous, staff so friendly and helpful with any queries we had. Hotel doesn’t serve alcohol but not a problem for us, fridge in room so you can buy your own drinks. Enough local eating places within 10 mins walk from hotel so you don’t always need to go into Ao nang centre. Hotel only serves breakfast (which was gorgeous) and you can order lunch but not dinner in the evening.

The location was excellent for us. It’s out of the main part of Ao Nang so peaceful and quiet. But a short ride or walk to the beach area if you wanted. A few very good restaurants on the nearby road if you don’t want to go far. Cottage excellent and comfortable. pool area was gorgeous with nice bar serving non alcoholic drinks (iced lattes superb especially) Breakfast great and lovely setting too. Staff so friendly and helpful. The jungle setting is magnificent.

It is not easy to set up the preferred temperature of the shower in the bathroom. Missing minibar with items. There is only a fridge.

The pool is great. Breakfast was pretty good. The best thing is the greenery and peaceful environment with the view of the mountain.

I didn’t see it posted anywhere that the property does not offer any type of alcoholic beverage. It’s not a big deal, but it surprised me when I wanted to make a toast to the end of the year and there was nothing available.

The staff is friendly and they helped us get a last-minute private tour only hours before, while every other tour company was sold out. The rooms are amazing and comfortable.

The staff were so accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. Very beautiful natural surroundings with a calming atmosphere. The rooms were exactly as advertised so not disappointed. The 20 minutes walk into the town was pleasant. There was a frequent complementary shuttle bus into the town daily.

Not many options for a gluten free customer if you don’t like Thai food ! I would go back there as it’s stunning.

Amazing setting, photos don’t do it justice. So clean and the breakfast restaurant was amazing overlooking a small lake. Staff so attentive and the place is spotless. Can’t recommend this place enough !
