Clean, great location, lovely staff

I don't usually stay in hostels so I am very peculiar with amenities. On this occasion I only had 1 issue with the cleanliness and it was minor. It was also raining quite heavy at times which made it a little harder to explore.

I stayed for a short time during August 24. It was the low season so it was very empty. However, the staff are so nice and welcoming. I booked a single queen room and it was cosy with air con. The location is excellent and just 1 min walk to the Chiang Rai Bus Terminal 3.

No water and fridge is closed after 9pm till when the front desk gets there next day (11-12)

Friendly staff, good location (near night bazaar and night markets on Saturday), easy to help book trips and give information on travel, very clean, coffee and tea facilities

A wonderful place to stay for backpackers. The location is amazing, the facilities are great. The owners Neung and Bpern are amazing people! They were so friendly to me, I felt right at home for these couple of days❤️ P'Neung told me about how this hostel came to life and I was so impressed, there is so much effort and hard work behind it all. I'm sad my trip was so short, I'd love to stay for a little bit longer!

Nes and Apple made the stay for me, they made me feel so welcome it was like home! The beds are bigger than a single which was such a nice treat, the rooms and bathrooms are kept really clean and they even have complimentary tea, coffee and cakes/fruits as well as 2 hostel pups that made the stay that much better. Thank you for your hospitality, I'll look forward to coming back!

Can’t fault it. Would happily stay here again if I found myself in Chiang Rai.

Everything to be honest, the host Apple was very welcoming and helpful, providing all the info I needed and even bakes lovely treats for everyone. The facilities were the cleanest I’ve stayed in so far and it’s set up so well, the curtains on all the beds makes it feel like you have your own private space. AC worked a dream too.

Great clean hostel, with large beds and plenty of toilet/shower facilities. Also the way the room was setup allowed for adequate privacy within bunks. The host Nas and his dog Old school were also legends. NAS gave heaps of recommendations and organised scooter rental for us and a list of places to visit over the couple days. Great stay.

Everything. Great location, walking distance to bus station, Night Bazaar and perfect for sightseeing even on foot. The staff really outstanding! Thanks to Nes and the young girl whose name I unfortunately don't remember, ready to give a lot of advice and information and very serious and attentive in the management and cleaning of the facility. Initially I was a bit scared seeing the dormitory with 12 beds, instead I slept great! Big room and always fresh air, the solution with the curtains attached to the beds is great! Nice terrace! The whole Hostel was always very clean! Coffee, tea, bananas and cookies always available! At this price, a real pampering!

The host, Apple, is simply the sweetest and she waa super helpful. The hotel is located right next to the bus terminal 1 and the night market but the street remains pretty calm. Everything was clean and cozy. And the dog Wesley is a highlight!!

-No bathrooms on the level where private double room is, not a major issue but it was just annoying at night as we would completely wake up. -The private double is a box room, therefore very tight with no storage. We stayed 5 nights and towards the end of our stay we struggled with this. -Lots of mosquitos in the room during the day and night, we wore spray to limit getting bitten as much but didn’t completely eliminate the issue. -Free water refills would have been a nice touch. We had this at other hostels and it’s so convenient.

-The owner and cleaner are lovely. Very helpful and informative when it comes to local sights. -The location is perfect for buses and night markets. -The free tea, coffee and cake station is great! -They sell lots of drinks at reception at good prices. -The facilities were always kept very clean!

It would be perfect with more bathrooms

The location, the rooftop and mostly the staff! I don't remember the names but the two ladies were amazing, super nice, always smiling and ready to give you advice.

Super friendly owner, who remembers your name the next day. Excellent location next to the busstation and night market for good local food. Coffee, tea and cookies for the guests. Dormitories and bathroom are clean and beds comfortable. The place to be in Chiang Rai!

The electrical sockets in the room were a little dodgy and not all of them worked.

The friendliest owner and softest beds I have experienced yet in Thailand! The location is also great being a couple of minutes walk away from the bus station and night market.

Beds are too comfy, so you don’t want to leave at all ;)

Apple and her boyfriend were always really kind and helpful in every situation. She helped me at 7pm to join a 2 days hiking starting on the next day, and even managed to wash my clothes the same night so I had fresh clothes for the hike. Always up for a chat and recommendations, if I’ll come back then definitely will stay there again. There’s also a Cosy rooftop, with some weights as well, it’s great doing a morning workout there.

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They helped me with suggestions on places to visit and at what time of day it would be best to go. Also helped with getting my proper information for getting into Laos and doing the slow boat. Place was clean as well. Nice location too, few minute walk from bus station and right by the night bazaar.

Lovely staff with a happy chappy dog. Always napping somewhere. Definitely recommend. Fresh brownies in the morning alongside with tea/coffee available all the time.

Everything was perfect. the location right next to the bus station and the night bazar, close to all the shops and restaurant. The hostel is nicely decorated, super clean with a really good vibe. Apple, the owner bakes fresh pastries every morning and they are seriously some of the best cakes I had! The beds a super comfy , spacious. You have a nicely set up rooftop where you can relax or socialize with other guest. And most of all, Apple and her partner are probably the best host I met in 15 months of traveling. They so welcoming and caring, always happy to give informations, recommendations and tips. This place is amazing

Could need more bathrooms, especially as showers and toilets are conjoined
