Always difficult to communicate with owner/staff. My pillowcase, sheets and towels all had stains. There was a frog in my wall that wouldn’t let me sleep all night.

Simple but great bungalows with an amazing garden. Tea, coffee and water for free. Owners were not able to speak english but were very polite and used an online translator to communicate, though we got all information required.

A bit rustic. Subject to the noises of the forrest behind the units. Could hear mice in the ceiling and there was a huntsman spider in our bathroom one evening!

Need some door locking fixes at the bathroom. A closet or a small shelf to keep clothes it will be very helpful.

Accomodation isn't for the faint hearted, very cold at night, everything started to feel damp it was so cold, no extra facilities such as a hair dryer even. Shower was only hot the first day out of 5 and the cabin was so cold it was sometimes too much to have a cold shower and step into a cold room after. Holes in the bathroom ceiling too.

Lovely views, friendly staff, great setting with hammocks and chill out areas. Aircon worked fine.

The bungalow was mouldy and damp, bad fluorescent lighting, lots of ambient light from outside lanterns that come through into room at night. Maybe the bungalows once were nice but felt pretty neglected now and in need of some care and maintenance. Hot water only half worked.

It's good for the price. One thing that was kinda bad is WiFi, which barely worked (might depend on where you are on the territory, I was at the very back of the hotel, the signal wasn't good). Also the sockets in the room are 2-pronged (so standard laptop plugs don't fit), but the staff gave me an adapter.

Small cottages, relatively big territory; beautiful views over the mountains, really quiet and peaceful. Location is OK, but it's outside of Pai's center, so you'd need a bike or car. Cottage is basic, but fine for the price. Bed is pretty comfortable, actually. The guy at reception is really nice; didn't speak much English, but with some basic Chinese and Google Translator we've had no issues.

The location was perfect- it’s walking distance from town but also quiet and off to the country side. The owners and staff were just the kindest people, they went out of their way to be helpful. I’ve been coming to pai for many years and think this is a great option- my stay was 18 days and I loved it all! I’ve seen negative reviews and find it odd- I had no problems and would really recommend staying here! I rarely write reviews (lol I always forget) but I made sure to write one for this stay as they were just so sweet and my stay was lovely!

We have been many times to Pai and this has been our our favorite place so far. Close to the centre, but still spacious and remote feeling, quiet, very friendly owners. Will be back for sure.

I was disappointed with the room. I expected something much better. The room wasn't ready when I arrived (2pm) and I had to wait till they cleaned the room

Location is not bad (rent a motorcycle is needed). The staff was fine.
