We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The owner is very sweet and the location is super! Place is clean, you get coffee and water daily. Air conditioner is good and quiet. We were 5nights and they changed sheets once also which was nice 😊

AustriaThe bed was not really comfortable. The room was not made up daily. The reception was closed at 9 AM in the morning when we wanted to check out. Only the cleaning lady was able to help us out and call the owners.
It was very clean. Location was perfect. Just a three minute walk to the main beach. Friendly staff. Fresh water bottles every day.

Germany- Not worth the money 1,200 THB for a normal old standard room with a double bed and bathroom is a lot of money in Thailand (1 EUR = 37 THB). Further south on Ko Samed there are cheaper rooms and bungalows near the beach. - Air conditioning didn't work The air conditioning in my booked room with a double bed did not work. Only warm air came out and no cool air. But they gave me another room. - Very weak and unstable WiFi in the room with 2 double beds at the end of the corridor I couldn't do anything in my room. I had to sit in the hallway outside my room with my laptop in order to be able to do something on the internet. - Rooms facing the street must be very noisy. - The beach at the hotel is hopelessly overcrowded (too many people, sun loungers, annoying beach vendors, jet ski, banana boat, only a small area for swimming, ...) - A lot of street dogs near Baan Mulan The wild street dogs are fed right at the entrance of the 7-Eleven, which is 20 m away. They stay right at the entrance of the 7-Eleven. A few weeks earlier I had two shots against rabies on Ko Kut because a dog had bitten me. Don't the dogs bite on Ko Samed? Is there no rabies on Ko Samed? Why are the wild street dogs fed at the entrance of the 7-Eleven, where so many people pass by? - Very disappointing boat tour to 5 or 6 islands Everything was better on the multi-island boat tour from Koh Chang: beaches, islands, food, especially the underwater view. If you love to swim and want to see more fish than ever before in your life (huge school of fish a few meters below you), head to Koh Chang and take a boat tour from Bang Boa Pier in the very south of Koh Chang. It is worth it.
- Very helpful A young gentleman (probably the owner's son) made many phone calls as I needed transportation from Ko Samed to Pattaya. He was successful. Due to a very weak and unstable WiFi in my room at the end of the hallway, I went out into the hallway with my laptop and two chairs. When the young gentleman and an older gentleman saw me, they immediately brought me a table to put my laptop on. The young gentleman booked me a boat tour to 5 or 6 islands. - Quiet room at the end of the corridor with two double beds But the rooms that have a window facing the street must be very noisy. - Upgrade for free Because the air conditioning in my booked room was not working, they gave me a larger room with two double beds at the end of the corridor for the same price. - Comfortable bed - ATM across the street 20 m away - Two 7-Eleven 20m and 30m from hotel entrance. - 3-4 minutes walk to the beach

I like the location, the cleanliness and the location. It is close to 2 7/11 and restaurants, the gate and the songtew terminal. the place is just a walking distance to the main beach with bars, shops and restaurants.

We liked a lot this hotel! Incredible friendly&welcoming Host paid a lot of attention for our comfort and wishes! We stayed for 4 nights, and he let us to change a room for two nights just for fun!) He was very attentive and helped with each request very fast! Both rooms we stayed were very clean, comfortable, good equipped and with cute design! Great location of hotel - just 200 m to the main beach and next to restaurants, coffees, 7/11 etc. We will come back in Baan Mulan with pleasure!
