Motorbike hire at properly was nice for a morning run before conditioning my journey. 350bhat/ £8 day. Would let me hire for only the morning at £4 though. Still enjoyed my run. Hotel drove be to Surat Thani train station phen phin for 200bhat. I was happy, nice journey in back of truck. Picked up at 7pm from local airport, included in room price, I was happy with this, as just wanted to settle somewhere early. Harldy speak any English, however but managed to communicate and bargain with google translate. Got airport transfer up, nice small potion meal, fries and large beer, and 4 hour motorbike ride in morning for about 1350bhat. Enjoyed my night and morning.

Nothing, really. Exceeds the condition of almost all low cost Thai hotels by far. And I'm pretty much an expert in that category.

For the price, this property was excellent value. Very clean, efficient staff, wonderful shower. A fine place, great value, with great WiFi. Comfortable mattress, clean and cold mini fridge. Basic breakfast for free!

My bed was clean, as was the toilet, but there were so many little flies. I had to flick them off the bed and didn't use the shower due to the bugs.

The receptionists were very friendly, happy and booked my onwards travel for me! They had free water, tea and coffee and onsite restaurant facilities. They provided a free pick up from the airport, which was great! The bed was very solid, which seems to be the norm in Thailand! The bed had beautiful netting around it, a very handy reading lamp nearby and I appreciated the fridge in the room.

Amazing location if you have an early flight! They offer free transfers to the airport which is amazing. Friendly staff and they serve decent food.

The staff weren’t that friendly. the air conditioning was a horror - it was either arctic blasts or suffocating heat. In addition, the hotel is near a main road, so you may need ear plugs.

My score for the hotel is an ‘8’ overall but it was a mixed bag - they give free crackers and coffee and, most importantly, 3 times a day they offer an airport drop off.

The room wasn’t like on photos, transportation to the town was quite expensive.

Matrass was on the harder side and Prices for ferry transfers where a bit higher than shown in photos.

Honestly for less than €10 per person per night i can’t complain. They pick you up from the hotel, take you to the pier (when you buy ferry to koh phangan). Breakfast included. Great deal overall.

Right near the airport. Great free shuttle if you book in advance. We arrived late and they organized our ferry for the next day. Breakfast is a basic egg sandwich with free coffee, nothing special. Room was clean and comfortable. Would go here again

Staff were super friendly, they can help you organise transfer to Koh Phangan. The facilities were great, there was a restaurant in the hostel that had very good options and was open when we arrived late at night. They also provide coffee and crackers for free. The room was clean and super comfy with a fridge and TV and great AC. Great value for money. Location is good if you're planning to stay overnight and have onward travel from the airport but otherwise it's far from the centre. They offer free pick up and drop off to the airport too.

The dinner portion was quite small

The property is very good value for money, we were picked up from the airport free of charge, the room had a kettle with coffee making facilities, there was a fridge with bottled water in which was included in the price, breakfast sandwich in the morning, free water refill and free coffee and snacks downstairs. Helped us arrange boat tickets to Koh Tao. On site restaurant.

Small room and low bed, not the comfiest. Breakfast was a small sandwich with one egg, not particularly filling, but I think OK if you are (as most people) about to take a bumpy ferry across to the islands. So many bugs and flies in the reception area and just outside where you sit to eat, it didn't make for the most relaxing check in and breakfast experience.

Very good for a stopover to or from the airport. The free pickup from the airport was amazing, super helpful. Room was small, but had everything we needed for a one night stay. Liked the design of the hotel.
