As is often the case with bungalows, it was very dark. Also, it's quite small with nowhere to store stuff. The crampedness wasn't so bad for me as I'm a solo traveller, but if you are a couple, I don't think you'd want to stay too long. The communal rubbish bins should be emptied more frequently.

I spent hours lying in the hammock, watching the river flow by and listening to the birds. It's an incredibly serene place but just a short walk across the bamboo bridge to Walking Street. There's unlimited chilled, filtered water 24/7 and free coffee etc in the morning. Staff are lovely. The bungalow's rattan ceiling and walls have a rustic charm.

Calm and restful, close-to-nature riverside resort just a short walk across the bridge to the town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The bungalow was simple but clean and it was very pleasant to fall assleep to nature's sounds.

It needs to sustain the up keeping, many of the common areas were clear because of low seasonality and lack of staff.

Incredibly peaceful riverside place but 2 minutes to the Walking Street over a really sweet bamboo bridge. Make sure you get a riverside bungalow because the view is beautiful. Free cold water all day, and free coffee in the morning. Lovely chill out area. Staff are absolutely delightful. I can't wait to return. Note that, at this unbelievably low price, you won't get stuff like a wardrobe and maybe the shower pressure isn't ideal ... ohm 🙏

Lovely little cabins that feel very rural, in a great location right next to the walking street. The toilet is nice, though quite open.

It didn't bother us, but the bedroom area is just big enough for the big bed. We are travelling very light so there was room for 2 under the seat type backpacks on the floor. If you have a giant backpack or a suitcase you might struggle to find a convenient space to leave it.

Beautiful natural location just over the bamboo bridge. Very kind, attentive staff with a chilled vibe. It's easy to walk to the waterfall and the big white Buddha from here. The little hut was sweet and good enough for us. Good hot water, lovely balcony with cushions. It's also great to have a mosquito net.

The room is small without a closet so it can get messy very easily. A lot of light in the morning and the walls are pretty thin.

Bungalow is rather small, no place to put clothes. You will have to leave them in your bag or put on the bed.

Location is stunning. Right by the river in green and quiet surroundings. Central Pai (Walking Street and Bar Street) is just over the bridge. Bungalow has a small veranda with hammock to chill. Free coffee in the morning.

Only thing for me would be the late night music noise from the town coupled with the early morning sweeping from the cleaning staff or family of kids running around - it somehow is both vibes at once - a thronging active nightlife area AND an early morning get up and yoga vibe, personally I’m a night owl so luckily had headphones to put on at 8am.

Location is excellent - a romantic bamboo bridge over a river to the main action of Pai, and the bungalows overlooking the river surrounded by nature is as idyllic as it sounds. Personally I’m a motorbike person, and the rides around this area are probably the best of my life - up to Doi Miang past the bamboo bridge, or over to the hot springs for a bathe, truly magnificent.

Sink is about to fall off the wall. Curtains looked like modified tea towels and did a poor light blocking job.

Nice to lay out on the porch in the day. Bed was comfy. Nice sleep.

This place is adorable. We had a cute little bungalow right by the river. It was very comfortable with AC. The location is great. Very close to walking street but far enough so it is quiet at night. It was perfect for two nights and a great price.

difficult unpaved road for scooter parking (very bumpy!), hardly any furniture to put clothes (just a small coffee table and some wall hooks), bathroom was a little bit dirty when i arrived, can be noisy at night when people walk past talking loudly

great location, just a short walk across bridge into town (1 minute), comfy bed with a mosquito net overhead, scooter parking at rear, free tea and coffee in the morning, good hot water shower, room fan provided, lovely little balcony with floor cushions to sit on (no chairs), very friendly staff
