In check out time they told me that there is one missing sleeper , beach bag and the laundry bag . I was surprised that they are looking for these items and they were serious about it. Luckily we found them at the end .

The swimming pool was awesome and fit all the kids. I love the breakfast and the room service. The hotel located in the heart of Patong Beach and all you need is around .

Great location, spacious room, and friendly staff (especially Karen) were definite positives! However, the pool area lacked vibrancy. Music and poolside activities would've enhanced the atmosphere. The 7 pm closing time for the pool, especially with a pool access room that I booked, and the lack of 24/7 room service and express laundry were inconvenient.

Need towel rails in bathroom, not just one rack above thd toilet!! Shower head (from hose) wouldnt stay in place, we had to tie it down. Need written instructions on how to get Netflix on tv.

- Anybody can walk into the hotel during the day as it is opposite the beach. They have security at night, but not during the day. - Not everything in the breakfast area is labelled, I picked up a cinnamon croissant from the pastry section, bit into it, and it had a sausage inside. I was furious, as I am vegetarian. Breakfast manager only apologised. - Outdoor/courtyard hotel bar and area closes at 11pm, which is too early for holiday guests and tourists. - Checked out and had a quick last walk around the neighbourhood. returned to the hotel to get a taxi to my next destination and was very hot and sweaty. Asked the reception for a bottle of water, which they stated they did not have. Taxi had already arrived so I did not have enough time to go to the shops. This was disappointing and not the level of service I expect.

- Breakfast box organised for me when I had to leave very early one morning for a trip. Very kind, but had to go down to collect the box. - Staff at the front desk are friendly and welcoming, especially a lady named Tak. - Restaurant/bar staff in the evenings are very very lovely; kind and accommodating. Especially the night manager, called Gunny. I received the best hospitality from him, stand out! In my three weeks in Thailand staying at various hotels, he was definitely the best member of hotel staff I encountered. - Bell boys are very sweet and friendly, especially one named Dear. - Rooms are very spacious and clean. - Lovely view from my room over the entire pool area and sea in the distance.
