Anne the owner is a wonderful host, being super helpful and kind. She has so much information and knowledge about Trang. Our room was spacious, with a large comfy bed, plenty hot water, and unusually for our experience in Thailand, the bathroom had a bath! It was in a quiet area with no traffic noise. The free breakfast in the hotel is great, however we went to the dim sum restaurant for breakfast which is very nearby - Absolutely delicious.

Fabulous place. Everything was perfect. Khun Ann is an awesome host. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, we were offered small local delicacies with our morning tea and coffee. Also, toast and biscuits are available. We were given a plethora of recommendations of what to buy, visit and eat locally. I can't praise or recommend this hotel enough. When I return to Trang, it will be the only place for me to stay. Like home away from home.

Fabulous stay . Given such a warm welcome by the whole family - especially Ann who gave us a super guided tour of her beautiful garden as she escorted us to a lovely local cafe , recommended other restaurants and suggested places to visit - without her we would have missed the highlight of our holiday a very special event in the local stadium . Highly recommend as a place to visit if you want a real feel for local Thai life … away from beaches !

The owner explained to me that we needed to put our shoes in my room because at night the neighbor's dogs would take away the shoes left outside. Cute episode. Other point is the pillow did not fit me.

The hotel has a handmade map of Trang, which was very useful. They introduced the best places to eat in Trang. We were also able to rent a bike and made short trips to nearby textile museums and popular restaurants recommended by the owner. Also It is soothing to see the greenery from the room and hear the singing of various birds. We were treated very kindly and there are free fresh passion fruit from their garden and homemade tasty cookies. I would like to stay this place again.

The location was difficult to get there if you don't have a car. The small and bumpy road leading to the hotel was not ideal for walking and I'm glad we got friends to take us there/back in a car. Although it was in the city centre, the road out of the hotel felt too dark for us to walk around, although it would have been very safe but as visitors, we were not comfortable in walking around there at night.

This quiet little homestay is a wonderful find. Khun Ann was a wonderful and welcoming host. The room was fine as we were looking for a family-sized room for myself and 2 children. There were local snacks provided for a free breakfast and she gave us wonderful Tongdam mangoes for the both days we were there even though we did not pay for any breakfast. A little gem of a homestay hotel in the middle of Trang city.

The family room bath is too high for old folk and young children to manage on their own. Due to the height to go into the the bath tub, accessibility is a challenge. But, would be ok for young adults. Access to from building to carpark is not sheltered and will be a challenge during heavy down pours.

The manager Ann was very helpful with info needed and provide very good service to my whole family. Place is quiet and peaceful.

We loved our stay at Baan Bussaba and were sorry to only stay for one night. The property is beautifully cared for and is very homely. Anne, who runs the property, is kind and very helpful- she suggested places to see and organised our onward travel. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Anne was a fantastic host. She gave us fresh mango when we arrived and always had some treats and snacks that her mother makes out to munch on. She was always very friendly with us and was always making an effort to help us with anything we needed (transport, information, bookings). Also the rooms were very clean and equipped. Very quiet area and the places has a very homie, comfortable feeling. Would definitely stay here again if we came back!!!

it's cozy, quiet and comfortable. the owner/admin are kind and friendly. our family took 4 rooms. its comfortable and clean. they have a coffee/ tea corner in the living room where you can have some light snacks and drinks. in the morning, there's bread for toasting with jam too. walking distance to wet market where you can get a lot of street food and famous roast pork.

Beautiful local house surrounded by a lush garden in a quiet street of the town. Baan Bussaba (‘House of Flowers’) used to be a flower shop and still the love for nature can be felt in this sympathetic homestay. Our room was comfortable and super clean. Breakfast was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. Ms. Anne speaks fluently English and knows a lot about her hometown. She was happy to share some useful information with us regarding our onward traveling to Koh Ngai. We felt very welcome and at home in Baan Bussaba and would definitely stay here again on a next visit to Trang.
