We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesThe property doesn't respond to booking.com messages and following up on things were really difficult. I had asked them a couple of times whether parking was possible and didn't get any response. When I got there, I was lucky to have got the parking but when I came back after the trip to the national park, there was nothing. It is also not possible to park anywhere else.
The check in was easy. The place was neat and we'll maintain. There's a Shell station nearby which also has a lot of restaurants and a store. There's also a little store downstairs attached to the apartment in case you need something.

ThailandThe reception looked to be in a separate out building at the front of the apartments but that was closed, so I had no one to greet me to check in but luckily a gentlemen who must’ve worked there, called the receptionist and they got me into my room it was also closed for when I went to check out, all I really had to work with was a sign on the reception door with a number to call if you needed help but this was slightly confusing, more confusing if you don’t have a Thai SIM card to call from. I ended up leaving my keys in my room door as I had nowhere to deposit them and emailing them to say that I had checked out! That’s my only real downside to the whole experience.
The room was great in terms of cleanliness, presentation and facilities, perfect for a few nights and only a 15 minute taxi to the airport.

LithuaniaWhen taxi driver took me there at first the location was a bit suspicious, however once we turned the corner we saw the nice BA appartments sign and it was all good. Just for people to not get tricked by the corner as I saw that someones taxi driver dropped them off before the last corner so people can get confused as to where the actual building is.
The place was nice and clean and close to the airport. Reception is open 24hrs, so you can check in anytime. Person at the reception was really friendly, he booked me a taxi to the airport for the early AM flight (had to pay in cash so make sure to have it ) and even knocked on my doors when the cab was there to make sure I didn't miss it. Perfect place to chill before your flight or right after one.
