We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesGoogle maps initially got the location wrong. Called the hotel and the were extremely helpful sorting it out quickly and efficiently. Sheets could have been cleaner.
Close to airport Helpful staff. Arrived early and the prioritized our room checkin to be ready at 1:30 (45 min). Had a 6am flight so left early. Staff was super helpful. Called to confirm taxi was coming. Made sure we were on our way.

Czech RepublicWe chose this hotel because it is close to airport. 20 min to go there, 350 BHT. 30 minutes/ 2 km walking from Lat Krabang train station. But there is nothing except highways in the neighbourhood. Good for early departures.

Very good price. Located close to airport, accessible with train + taxi. Close to main road, easy to get a taxi. Room is clean & spacious. Bed may look a bit dated but it is comfortable. A/c in the room & lobby room are working well.

The phrase, you get what you pay for has never been more appropriate. Air con worked, just. Beds very comfortable, great water pressure in shower (not always so in big hotels) and that's about it. Terrible location, nothing going on in the neighbourhood, not even food (and that's everywhere in Thailand) hard to find and circuitous route in to and out of.. Certainly ok to use as a refresh between flights.
