What we didn't like so much was the attitude of the staff. One day the pool was suddenly super green and no one noticed it. When we asked what happened and if its possible to swim, they reacted a bit annoyed and didn't give us a clear answer. Also, often there were no towels at the pool, even tho many people were swimming. One morning when we went to have breakfast, they didn't set up the buffet. Only once we asked, they explained that there are not many guests (which wasn't true) and that we can order a la carte. Turned out, they brought us some bits from the usual buffet without even asking what we wanted. We had the impression that they were a bit too lazy to set up the buffet and we were disappointed since we had even less choice than usually. All in all the staff seemed a bit annoyed and not very proactive.

The resort is perfect for relaxing, because it's so nice and calm (depending on the guests tho - when we left a big group with many kids arrived so it was more noisy but i guess that can be the case anywhere). The pool area is very nice, they even have a steam sauna and provide towels. The rooms are super spacious and modern with very nice furniture and get cleaned everyday, including fresh towels, water bottles, coffee, tea etc. The breakfast is a small buffet, we would have liked having more choice, but its okay!

The food was not the quality it should have been. Breakfast was okay, but lunch and dinner was unfortunately quite disappointing. But other than that our stay here was beyond amazing!

We loved everything about this place! From the moment you arrive, it is complete relaxation. The staff are super friendly, attentive and happy to help with any questions and organising trips/transfers. We had a pool villa overlooking the mangrove. The room was beautiful, well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was warm and powerful. We rented a scooter from reception for 250 baht per day - a great way to see the island! 5-10 minute ride away from the hotel you will find plenty of restaurants with amazing seafood. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and there was a small but fresh breakfast with eggs made to your choice.

Pricing of food and drinks in the resort are relatively high. But still, compared to European prices it is still very cheap. The location is remote, if you are afraid to drive a motorcycle or normal bicycle, you should consider a taxi or tour.

The bungalows (with small pool) and the beautiful location is really something else! The location is somewhat remote but a scooter or bicycle will sort that out for you. Don’t be a cheapskate and get a bungalow without a small or big pool, this is wat make these bungalows and resort the excellent place what it is!

I liked everything. Clean, very nice and romantic place. We stayed there with small kids and really enjoyed our private pool. Also the big pool is so clean and refreshing. One of my favourite place. Would highly recommend it. To get around, we rented scooters, was really handy.

This place is absolutely amazing, if you're debating booking it, BOOK NOW! As soon as we arrived we were made to feel totally at home; Kai greeted us with a huge smile and a delicious cold welcome drink which was much appreciated after a long and hot boat ride. They picked us up from the pier and then dropped us off at our next hotel for free which was so generous. We stayed in a pool room which was absolutely stunning - the pool looks out over the lake and after reading other reviews we were very surprised to have no issues with Mosquitos, even when we went for a late night swim they weren't any by our pool. The bed was super comfy, bathroom had a huge shower and the rooms were cleaned daily. They have a restaurant on site which was delicious and very reasonable prices. They also have happy hour at thier pool bar which was really good. We rented a bike for the day and they were so accommodating and helpful (my partner has only ridden a bike once before) so they gave up their time so he could go for a little practice ride. Other reviews mention the resort being a bit tired (yes we had a few tiles missing in our pool but the views and peacefulness totally outweighed that) but for the price you pay this resort totally exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return and will be recommending it to all of our family and friends.

The shower had black hairs left behind that were not ours. The beds were a bit hard.

It was very quiet at night and any questions we had were quickly answered. It was fun to ride around on the motor scooter. And the pool was very nice.

The place can use a little fix up here and there. Overall maintenance and cleaning can be just a little bit better to make this place shine. Everything is here to be a 10/10. Also a lot of bugs, a candle or incense would already be very nice for guests.

Sweet staff, relaxed atmosphere, cute cabins. Really fine stay, we had our own little pool (deluxe room) which was awesome to chill in together and enioy a drink.
