The interiors are a little bit dated and may need a bit of renovation.

Staff were very nice, friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was great. Beds were super comfortable, slept very well! Very good location and lots of activities for kids.

pretty disappointed this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Something between 3 stars. The pool is dirty, kids area very outdated. Rooms are smelly, cover on my pillow was stinky. The people(guests)in the hotel are so noisy, banging and running and screaming aroung at late hours. I booked the place for 6 nights but only slept 1 night so leaving very very exhausted.

The staff working there was absolutely fantastic, Nadear was very helpful and kind Restaurant was good Kids room and movie night was great

The children’s play area was shut for 2 out of the 5 nights but opened up swiftly and my boy loved it!

Great location, staff very friendly (shout out to Nannie & Shopper at the front desk!) and food was delicious. Entertainment and buffet on Friday were fantastic, and Shopper even gave a little elephant teddy to my little boy on check out- great stay!!

Pool beds not cleaned regularly. Not enough pool beds for the hotel. No cover on kids park which is too hot in the day to use without shade. Repetitive foods.

The basics, the pool wasn't clean, there were no shelves in the closet to put our clothes on, there weren't even hooks to dry our towels after a shower... the ac made noise at night, only one elevator, the path to the pool goes through the hotel's restaurant.. A lot of kids noise from the pool. price was high for what we got.

The room was quite comfortable, the happy hour in the pool bar, nice location close to the main street, the beach, and a nice restaurant with a good view.

We booked this hotel last minute. And it was absolutely nice. Good staff, comfortable rooms and perfect location. After 9-10 pm they switched off all music and stopped all activities, so it’s very suitably for families

This resort is well located as it close to the beach on one side and just one street off the main hustle and bustle of kata. Be aware though it is on a hill so the walk up from the beach is a bit of a work out ! ( there is a courtesy bus so you can avoid this ) but my partner and I chose to walk it so we could walk off the enormous and delicious buffet breakfast !

The hotel is situated on a hill. So walking up and down a steep hill may be a challenge for some guests.
