Nothing, amazing hotel

Everything! We loved the food, it was tasty and very good. Nice people and great service. We enjoyed staying here and this is one of the best hotels we stayed at. The pool is clean and the rooms as well, we celebrated a birthday and there was a cake waiting for us and they even upgraded us to a bigger and better room for no additional charge. We will 100% come back to this hotel! :)

Can't think of anything. There was some miscommunication about the room but brushing it off as a regular mishap.

Room was really large, and had everything we wanted. Breakfast spread is amazing, and the staff is super friendly. They even gave us chai from the kitchen as I wanted some good milk tea. Didn't use the pool but it looked really nice. The Spa was really good. Char'd, the restaurant and grill, had some amazing food.

As mentioned in previous comments there is a problem with the general scent of the room of standing water, our cleaner was not thorough enough.

The best experience in this great hotel is the service and amazing team, Sindee, Angie, Yasssir and many more made our stay an experience to remember, facilities are great so is location.

Food is pricey

Great location - close to beach and everything else. Beautiful pool and quiet at night - not close to noisy bars etc...

Lovely hotel and pool with swim up bar. Very clean and very accommodating staff. Karon beach was a good location that was lively with lots of bars and restaurants but not packed like some other places. We loved our time here

My room was exceptional. The pool and the pool bar were awesome with a great selection of cocktails, happy hour was a great way to end a day of sightseeing . Breakfast was very appetising and plentiful.

Up a steep hill to walk, but there’s a little path that cuts off the walk, quite unkempt but does the work!

Loved that it wasn’t too big and easy to get around. Staff were absolutely wonderful, special mention Mook at check in! The beach right across the road was clean and had activities like parasailing. A lot of shops and restaurants to explore around the area!

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the air con wasn’t blowing directly in your face like so many places we’ve stayed! It was an easy walk down to the beach and so many great food places nearby.

Command of language of the service staff were a hit and miss at times especially at the Portosino restaurant at dinner times. Breakfast staff were a lot better.

Pool and rooms were excellent. Good amenities and towels always refreshed. The Grill by the pool was superb. Quality of the steaks were one of the best we had. Service was excellent and great ambience overall

They should try to have an outdoor breakfast area, it would be nice since we are accross the sea.

Everything about the hotel is excellent...the room is spacious and they even have a huge balcony. We love the breakfast selections , especially they serve porridge everyday. My kids love the beach so much and its so close , just accross the hotel
