The location is perfect as it is close to the pier but also walking distance to the beach and all the west promenade. The room was spacious and had all you need. There is also a nice balcony (but beware of monkeys stealing your things!) and a pool. The place also offers Movie nights and live music shows, We loved every minute of it!

I loved everything! If I do have one recommendation it would be a broom in every room to help with the sand! They cleaned the room every day but any time you walked in the room you brought sand in with you. Regardless of leaving shoes off.

This was my honeymoon and they made the experience extra special. Gave us a corner room with more privacy and even stayed late to greet us bc our plane was delayed.

This resort was more upscale than we expected for the price. The room was big, nicely decorated and clean. The common area was pretty and lush. Breakfast included lots of options and there was a cappuccino machine, which is unusual in this part of Thailand. There was a singer in the evenings who was really good. The staff were very kind and friendly.

We weren't super sure how we were going to get to the hotel when we first landed, and had to take a boat in the dark to get to our hotel pier, and then drag our suitcases in a sandy path for a bit to get to the hotel. Once we got to the hotel, we had to carry our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs because there are no elevators (Railay in general apparently does not allow elevators in hotels). However, staff was super friendly and helped us carry our suitcases up. I also would have liked to have some closet space. They do have a place where you can hang a few items but no drawers or anything.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was large, clean, and the AC worked well. We also had a large balcony overlooking the pool. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was served every morning and had lots of great options. The hotel is also super close to the town where there are lots of amazing restaurants and nightlife! We walked around every night and tried lots of different excellent restaurants.

No Wi-Fi in our room - reception said it was being repaired but still not available 24 hrs later Needed to lock doors and couldn’t doze with balcony doors open due to monkeys!

They've updated the villas which is great BUT it seems they've changed the mattress since our lasts visits in summer 23 and now they are rock solid and not comfortable at all :(

We stayed in the villas and we like that these have a lovely veranda, large windows and a good space inside. There is a smart tv so you can log in to Netflix and such, so that made it comfortable to relax in the room. The breakfast has a good basic choice of Thai, wester, eggs, fruit and salad. It's a nice restaurant to sit in the morning and also their dinner food is great if you order. The pool is nice and generally gets sun most of the day. It is quiet and away from the busy but also a good walking distance to everything.

Lovely stay here- clean and big room with everything you’d need- stayed two nights in room with private pool, then extended our stay into a slightly smaller (but still lovely) balcony room. Clean, good shower, air con worked brilliantly. Staff were all friendly! Monkeys showed up for a couple of hours- I’m not a big fan of them, but if you ignore them they seemed to just ignore! Not the hotels fault as railay is full of the things! Short walk to the main beautiful beach, but there’s a few shops and cafes around near the hotel too. Highly recommended!

Aircon could be abit stronger as I felt it wasn’t even when turned on, unless it was the room size that was the problem in cooling down quickly. A ramp to get suitcases up and down outside past the pool would be nice.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and excursion stands. The hotel room is very spacious. Beach towel and bag are provided which helps a lot. Buffet breakfast is great, with bread options, fruit, coffees and drinks. Balcony is also nice if wanting to sit outside the room and catch up on work etc.

There are limited dining options on the peninsula and we tried out the hotel restaurant-wouldn’t recommend. Breakfast was decent but not so great for other meals.

This is a gorgeous little hotel. Indoor and outdoor spaces are beautifully designed. Large room, comfortable beds, big swimming pool. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Live music in the evenings with a relaxed, comfortable outdoor space. Would definitely stay again if returning to Railay.

Nothing. It was all perfect unless you don't like monkeys then the suite is wasted on you 😅

Wow! Our stay was incredible. We shared a dip in the pool with the monkeys overlooking almost immediately after checking in and felt settled straight away. Breakfast buffet each morning was lovely and a great start to the day with the fresh cooked omelette and nice coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable with TV in front with Netflix/YouTube/prime etc. available. Big bath, great shower!

They did not have staff to help us get our luggage from the boat, not even from the reception into the room. It was always difficult to find someone when we needed something. Monkeys came while we were at the pool and took stuff from our bags.

I liked that it was possible to get into the pool straight from the room. The location was also convenient to get to Railay Beach.

If sharing a room with a friend, there isn't much privacy bathroom and shower wise

Room wasn't cleaned well, towels were only changed but the room itself, bathroom and shower was not cleaned. My room was on the 3rd floor and there's no lift and the reception staff outright told me no when I called to ask for some assistance with my luggage.

Great location, lovely big room and balcony that overlooked the pool. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Kind of dark room, not enough lights.
