not the resort’s fault but the monsoon brought out tons of jellyfish and loud frogs that sounded like a mob of geese. We still had a great time using the pools.

Spacious rooms Kind and helpful staff. Nana at breakfast was great with my baby, Toh at the poolside bar went over and above and Wat in the buggy team was friendly and welcoming. Lovely beach. Kids club and splash pool are both great! Great games room too. Helpful app to book housekeeping, order room service, call a buggy to get around the resort etc

It was a bit secluded, surrounding beach bars/restaurants were much cheaper but you had to get taxi there

The pools and bar service were great. The kids pool was great for my 2, 5 and 7 year olds and the bigger pool great for the 9 year old

The only thing I would complain was the food menu. We stayed there for 4 days and I started to feel that I craved for an authentic Thai southern food and seafood.

The bed was the most comfortable among all the hotels we have visited. Love the facilities and staff hospitality. The beach was beautiful. My daughter loved the kids' pool and eatting pizza at the pool.

The room smelt of damp and also had 2 single beds to sleep 2 adults and a 4 year old. We are married, and booked a large double bed. We were told they didn’t have a double bed, yet when I complained they moved us. The main pool was not big enough for all the guests in my opinion and this means once pool beds are gone you have to opt for the beach.

Location was good. On the beach. The hotel had a great little splash park which was ideal for our daughter. The restaurant on the beach, although a little expensive was worth the option to get the better quality food. Service was a little hit and miss.

Hotel a bit far from town and hence no direct access to any other facilities other than what is offered at the hotel. No evening event at all. All shut down by 10pm. Not so great. I would also like to see the hotel to take better charge of the occupancy of the sunbeds. All taken by assault by customers first thing in the morning lying down a towel and leaving the beach/pool straight away and maybe returning to occupying the sunbed at some point and maybe for a very short period of time. Majorly frustrating and yes, I am aware that it is an international problem. But is this the hotel that will do something about this issue? I believe in this institution! so let's see.

cleanliness, welcome, customer care, restaurants and food quality all impeccable. whenever tuk tuk or taxi ordered, it arrives within minutes. The garden around the hotel is like paradise on earth. The spa facility is of the highest standard. One cannot help but feel like a king or queen! what an out of this world experience.

As a couple, we found we were outrun by families/children and struggled to get a sunbed each day as people would leave towels on them to reserve them - a system whereby towels are logged per room could help prevent this.

Excellent newly built hotel, the rooms are lovely and fresh, facilities superb, beachfront setting is beautiful and they make a conscious effort to be eco.

Hotel restaurants are expensive compared to other areas in Thailand, same for massage services

The prices in the bars and restaurants are way over the average. There are happy hour offers, during this period the cocktail and drink prices are much more affordable.

Hotel environment is fantastic, Breakfast very nice. Celannes was exelent around the whole Hotel. Beach is nice, there are enough sunbed too. The sea is very warm, but not suitable for snorkeling because of the visibility.

The main accommodation building is a little too big and bulky. Children's swimming pool staff were a little blunt in their behavior towards the kids.

Excellent location on a fantastic beach. Breakfast buffet was spectacular. A little crowded, but besides the breakfast time one could not really notice. Very pleasant stay if you take the individual rooms.

Our hotel driver hit a motorcyclist on the way to the hotel and it was a bit scary, he was taken by ambulance and the hotel told us that motorcyclist was fine after. After the accident we got picked up by another driver in 20 min and the hotel covered the trip charges both ways for us which was very kind of them. The breakfast area gets so busy in the morning and people are pushing each other to get food, I felt it was very uncomfortable with small kids (I would recommendl to increase space for breakfast or split breakfast in 2 locations). Food in general was ok, not very impressive, mostly European style with pizza, pasta and etc. If I am in Thailand I would like to try more authentic traditional food. All dinners were in the same space as breakfast, I would also recommend setting up dinners at the beach as it makes a huge difference when you are on holidays eating in the closed room vs enjoying a beautiful sunset on the beach. Also the temperature of the pools was quite cold for kids to swim for long.

We stayed in a presidential villa and the design of the space was nice with a private pool and multiple rooms. We have 2 small kids who loved the water park in the middle of the hotel, and stayed there for hours sliding. Kids club is also good with skate boarding track, arcade games and wall climbing facilities. They also have a farm with chickens, ducks, rabbits and turtles for kids to see. The beach was clean and pleasant. They have multiple pools around the property plus many of the rooms have their own pools, so it's not too crowded if you want to swim. Around the hotel you can try different local restaurants and we also tried dinner in Outrigger Hotel which was a nice set up with live music.
