Even though it advertises a bar/pool bar snd restaurant and room service, we were informed upon arrival that as it was low season none of these were open. They did serve breakfast but my family went once and not again as the food was cold and poor quality. The pool is also very small and in the shade with no options for enjoying a snack or a drink. We had a room overlooking next door ‘blue sotel’ hotel which had a beautiful pool and swim up pool bar and so we booked there for our last four nights in Krabi as all their facilities were open.

The rooms were beautiful - we had two connecting rooms and this was just superb. Bright, clean, modern and very spacious. The coffee shop downstairs in the lobby was very handy and there is a 711 next door along with heaps of restaurants and bars. The beach is 5 mins walk and it is beautiful snd clean.

There is no safe storage room to leave the luggage if you arrive earlier than the check in time, they keep it at the reception. The room was rather humid and noisy on the street side.

Very clean rooms and well located, walking distance to Ao Nang pier. Really nice swimming pool. Breakfast was great and they were kind enough to prepare it for takeaway on a day that we had to leave early. The tours at reception were well priced and good quality, including great food (Rose was very kind and patient explaining them). They let you borrow beach towels and umbrellas.

The only thing that wasn't great was the gym. The equipment is old and rusty, and the heaviest dumbell they had was 7kg (and they only had one).

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast has quite a good selection. I had a room in the building in the back, meaning no street noise or music from bars.

Room: AC does not have an AUTO mode. It keeps running and always very cold no matter how I tried to adjust the tempera. Room: there was no hot water even after the repair. It was Luke-warm at best.

The towels have some stains on it and we feel uncomfortable using it , but this issue does not affect the overall experience of staying in the hotel.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We need to check out at 5:30am as our flight is early in the morning, they prepare a breakfast box for us, so that we can have some food before we leave Krabi. We really appreciate that!

The room was damp. The floor and walls were wet. We requested a change of room that they could not provide. During check-in, one concierge took 2 of our luggages without letting us and jumbled them with the luggages of another guest checking in at the same time. I personally had to look for my luggages which was unexpected.

when i asked for a bottle of water from housekeeping on the day of check out then i was replied that since you are checking out we can not give 500 ml bottle water.

excellent location and view from the balcony of the hotel. it is value for money in Krabi. beautiful rooms. the only thing that hotel was very restricted towards one extra bottle of water on the day of check out.

No toiletries provided such as shaver, toothbrush/toothpaste and comb/brush. The TV has limited channel which most of it in Thai. This is international or tourist attractions area thus providing other alternative channel should be good. The water heater is not effective. The breakfast should be improved. Not much varieties to choose. Not sure Halal or not as the food was not labelled as such. We eventually skipped breakfast even though we paid for it. The staff cleaning the plates and glasses should excercise care and concern as they created too much noise while clearing which caused much irritation. Should pick up the plates, utensils and glasses/cups and bring it to the kitchen instead of bringing along their trolley as if it is a food court.

The location. 2nd time staying in this hotel. Specifically asked for 2nd floor with balcony facing the street which was fulfilled. Room Aircon was exceptionally cold. Clean and the bed was comfy. Big and spacious room.

The room they kindly upgraded me to was right above the pool so quite loud at times and smelled funky. WiFi was terrible but not the hotel’s fault as this was everywhere I went in this small beach town and may have been due to my esim (which worked everywhere else I went). Knowing I was looking for a party cruise, the hotel lobby’s travel arrangement company booked me on a non-drinking boat to Hong Island where there was also no alcohol. I made the best of the day but really not cool to be in a boat and on a beach all day with no drinks. Next time I will book ahead, lesson learned.

The location is fantastic and really can’t be beat!! The pool and lobby are nice. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Room was really big and nice bathroom. Safe for female solo travelers.
