The water took a while to warm up in the shower and the base around the bed made it hard sometimes to get off the bed with my husband hurting his back. It was a bit wet to go very far but it is just that time of year (September)

We really loved the pillows and mattress. We slept really well and had a very restful sleep. The breakfast were great with lots to choose from especially the fresh fruit. The staff were very helpful and friendly with great value for money.

The buffet bfast served is tasty and good but its almost same menu everyday.

My room was dirty there were stains on the curtains and sheets. Felt like they didn’t change towels everyday but when I asked they bought me replacements. However my family’s rooms seemed fine.The lobby has an open plan which is beautiful but no a/c so it get super hot.

Spacious grand rooms, especially the swim up pool room we booked for my parents. I let them know it was my dad’s birthday and they had prepared some pretty decorations in the room that was very thoughtful. Service was prompt whenever we needed something and really friendly accommodating staff. Location is superb, 5-10 min walk to beach, 7-11 and lots of restaurants nearby. The pool was big with lots of sun loungers. Breakfast was really lovely.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and the bar at the pool was very relaxing and fun. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a strange body odor smell, wish that there was an air freshener in the bathroom. But would still highly recommend! Great value

The older man at the pool bar was unfriendly on the first day when we ordered brinks and nibbles, the younger man was extremely engaging and accommodating.

When we asked to have the room made up, it was not cleaned and we did not get clean towels or sheets. However when we asked for fresh towels, the staff were very kind and did deliver quickly.

The only thing I did not like was the restaurant for lunch it was very slow to get food and yet we were the only people there. When food arrived it was not very tasty. The breakfast however was lovely but lunch/dinner I wouldn't recommend to eat in the hotel.

The pool and pool bar was fabulous. The bar staff were brilliant and very friendly! The room was spacious and clean. Lovely balcony. The location is great .

We spent 6 nights and it was great experience. Room was very big, comfortable bed, nice pool, breakfast buffet style delicious( they have fried eggs, omelette and noodles live cooking). We tried sauna, it’s included. Hotel is in good localization, near to Kata night market. Stuff is friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel and extremely kind staff. Pool is gorgeous, beds extremely comfortable and the food excellent. A special mention for Tom at the pool bar who couldn't be more attentive.

One main issue, not sure why but our bathroom smelt like urine, we did get the staff to reclean it and it was better but still a bit there

We chose the pool access room. It was simply brilliant. The AC worked well and the bed was big and comfortable. It was also one of the better breakfasts of all our various stays. The best part was the price. I am not sure if it was because we booked well in advance but it was incredible value for money. We had to extend our stay and unfortunately the hotel was booked out. Of all the options, nothing came even close to what we had at even 50% more.
