A dream holiday beside Lamai Beach - nice villas, lovely staff, excellent facilities, and a quiet piece of beach paradise on the doorstep. One of those places that makes you want to do a return visit..

The internet is a little bit slow. And we suggest to add some porridge for breakfast, because there are many Asian food.

Everything is good! We are so surprised that the room is big, there are two shower places, that was very comfortable. The place is so wonderful, quite beach and not many people. Besides the warm and cristal sea, there are many stones and gulf for snorkeling. I really enjoyed the sea view and the world under the surface of the sea! The hotel staff is excellent, they do their job with great love. So we will miss this place and hope to visit here again!

No gym. And you have to ask to change the toothbrush (toothpaste is very small); they will not replace it every day.

Quiet place on the shore of the ocean. Good life music at the restaurant in the evening! The evening atmosphere is mesmerising. Reasonable price.

The reason for the 9 is the restaurant, it was a bit under the standard from the rest of the hotel. Its fine and a fine option on location. But i would only use it once or twice in a weak because of the convience with kids.

Personal is not good, comunication was very bed. I was ordered birthday set up, but we will not found it. Birthday cake from hotel, was good. For all need to pay money, so be careful. Was accident with bottle glass and we will pay for that. People in hotel is nice but hotel terms and community is bad.

It could do with some amenities, a gym, pool table, maybe some amenities for children and also have air conditioning in the restaurant too!

We felt that the restaurant where we had breakfast needed to have air conditioning, as there was no respite from the intense heat and that the 2 fans they had in the room did nothing at all!

The air conditioning did not suitably regulate the temperature of my room; it may as well have not been on at all. Far too hot in there for me.

If I have to highlight one thing I would say the air conditioning (which is a must in this climate) was very loud therefore I couldn't sleep with it turned on so the room was very hot afther a while. But all in all it was a minor inconvinience.

The resort was very well maintained and clean, right next to the beach. The room was huge, well equipped and clean. There are some places to see in the neighborhood and on the beach there are also some very nice places to have a drink/eat at. The staff was unbelieveably friendly and helpful.

Spent eleven nights here and everything about the resort was wonderful, the rooms are much bigger than average and maintained very well, staff all very friendly and helpful and rooms are cleaned every day,the pool area is very nice and well kept as are the gardens,breakfast is excellent.,there are several restaurants within a minutes walk from the resort and Lamai centre is a comfortable 10 to 15 minutes stroll.We had an early check out and the reception had a packed breakfast ready for us to take with us,a nice gesture indeed.

There is very little to cater for vegetarians at breakfast.

Very spacious room and balcony. It is a picturesque hotel. The location of the pool in sight of the sea is wonderful. Staff were extremely friendly. There are several local eateries within a short walk. To get to the centre of lamai would involve a taxi or scooter ride.

Although there are shops and restaurants nearby, there was more going on at the other side of Lamai. Unfortunately this was a little far to walk (especially at night) however it was only 10 mins away in a taxi (approx £8 GBP).

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and go out of their way to help and assist. The pool was lovely, always sun loungers available and direct access to the beach.

The USB socket in my room did not work, but the staff on reception ensured my phone battery was charged daily for me. I also thought that the rubbish that gets washed up could have been clerted away ftim tge Hotel beach area, as the view from the beach side did not reflect well.

I really loved the kind, helpful, efficient staff. I loved the location too by the Sea and close to the infamous Rocks. Food was good, the room was a lovely size, spacious. The fridge supplies in the room were reasonably priced.

Location was 20mins from Chaweng Strip, but with a moped it was fine.

Facilities, food and staff were all excellent!! Extended my stay with no bother as it was so relaxing. Special mention to Kob and Pure, they helped me out and really went the extra mile. Thank you.

Everything was great. Just a small comment - probably won’t be a good choice for people looking for parties and action.

Resort is simply amazing. Located in a quiet part of the island, at the same time close to plenty of bars and restaurants would be a perfect choice for someone looking for a relaxing holiday. Classic room that I booked for myself traveling alone was so spacious that I felt like a royalty. Huge terrace where you can sit in the evening listening to the live music played at a restaurant. Beautiful garden with fantastic frangipani smell. Paradise…

Super friendly and helpful stuff! Amazing location, many eating and massage places around. The territory of the hotel is super clean and well maintained, very quiet, chill atmosphere. Beach was very nice and clean as well. If you working remotely - the internet is good, had no issues with Zoom meetings :)

Can't fault anything about our stay

Everything. Bed was huge and comfy, room was immaculate, bathroom was massive. Location on the beach was great, beautiful view of the beach and pool from our room. Breakfast and all the other food was amazing. Every single staff member went above and beyond.
