Great place outside of the main centre. The location we really liked as it wasn’t in the busy centre, it was closer to a nicer, quieter beach, and if you did want to go to the centre they offered free shuttle transfers throughout the day which was great! The room was big, with comfy beds. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was included but there wasn’t really any veggie options. I did have egg and toast, but for four days you get board pretty quick, but for the price this wasn’t an issue. I would happily stay here again.

What a fantastic stay! The team picked up us at the pier, the check in what smooth and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, had space to work at the laptop, fridge and breakfast included (3 options). The scooter rental service provided was at a fair price and able to solve any problem when it happen. Will absolutely come back on my next trip to Koh Tao!

Staff were absolutely wonderful! Free shuttle service was very helpful as they picked us up directly outside of our previous stay and dropped us off at the ferry at the end of our stay. The beds were comfortable. Two shower heads with good water pressure.

Wonderful hotel staff. They will always help and accommodate you. Very kind and sympathetic people. Clean rooms, spacious room, everything you need for a comfortable life. You can rent a bike at the hotel at a good price. The hotel has a restaurant and a shop, and there are also many different cafes and a coffee shop in the area with delicious coffee. I was glad to stay at this hotel. Thanks for the hospitality.

Comfortable one night stay in Koh Tao. The staff helped us with our backpacks up to our room. Our room was on the second floor along an open air corridor. The room was spacious and clean, towels folded in the shape of elephants, a small balcony handy for drying wet swimming stuff and a good sized wet room style bathroom. We had breakfast included which was a good portion size for a western style breakfast in Thailand.

If you are a light sleeper the buzzing of all ACs in hotel may bother you. I got used to it within the first two nights.

Absolutely amazing service, staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was for me great. Quiet area, close to the bars, restaurants, cafes. Grocery just downstairs. Easy very good breakfast. 12 mins walk to the very shallow beach, better to take free hotel shuttle to Sairee beach or to Pier. Hotel has free snorkeling equipment to borrow. So don’t be disrespectful and bring the equipment back for the others (I wasn’t lucky. I didn’t have an opportunity to borrow it even once). Wi-fi was working perfectly, I can recommend it if you work remotely.

Really nice place to stay on Koh Tao. Clean and comfy rooms and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. Arranged to pick us up from the pier and also took us to our next location which was super helpful. Really good value for money glad we found this place.

Thin walls, can be little noisy at night (depending on your neighbours).

Very kind and professional receptionist. Cheap market and cheap scooter rental. Good but very meaty breakfast. Nice common hall with snorkeling masks to borrow without charge.

Nothing, really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location for getting everywhere on Koh Tao, quieter end of the island, less hectic than Sairee area. Really comfortable and huge room, slept very well here, great air con. Lots of good restaurants nearby and a shop underneath the hotel which was really convenient. Lounge area with tables, loungey seats, large TV and some games. Very friendly staff, can have room cleaned every day if you want. Free transfer to and from the pier, even at 6:30am! We really enjoyed the hotel and Koh Tao so ended up extending from 5 to 11 nights!

A little far from the main streets, however the hotel also offered transfer to the main beach at select times.

We had a fabulous stay with this hotel. It offered a complimentary (and hassle free) transfer service to and from the pier which was a small luxury and a genuine treat. The complimentary breakfast was decent and you were provided several options for your choice. The beds were comfy and the room overall was spacious, clean and private. Notably, the staff were kind and eager to help in anyway.

The staff were really helpful with booking different trips we could do.. we had free transfer from the port when we arrived and left by ferry. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and loved the rooms. Really good air-con and comfortable beds! Can’t go wrong!

Free transport from harbour. A bit far from main streets, but very quiet and peaceful hotel. Staff was very nice.

The room we were in was quite dark due to only one small window in the bathroom and one the the floor, but then everyone walking past can look into your room. No possibilitiy to hang any stuff outside on the balcony, but we’ve seen some that have (so maybe it’s a work in progress?)

Well working AC, comfortable bed - all in all very good for the price! Breakfast was okayish, choose between three sets, only one was vegetarian (muesli) and I bought some soy milk at the store opposite to use for the cereals (lactose intolerant). However, get a Mango Shake at the restaurant, it’s one of the richest/best we’ve had :) Scooter rental worked fine, even the smallest one got us two to every lookout there was! Shuttle to the pier for free worked perfectly.
