Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Everything OK in Atlas hotel, from both from check in and to the room I had the same as the previous stay. I use BTS stop Nana exit 1. Just walking for less 50 mt. and reach the soi 7/1. Outside Hotel there is a lot of Bars, Massage and Restaurants. Vasu exchange is at the entry of the street. Special thanks at the receptionist for put in the fridge for 1 day my Cheese and Ham.

It's not my first time here, this is because I have been there other times. From the staff at reception when I arrive, it's so smooth the Check in and payment. I'm arrive with BTS stop Nana exit 1. Just need to walking less 50 mt. and turn left, the hotel is 70 mt. inside. The room I find cleaning, some every time I'm stay here and all amenities working it like some the toilet.

PakistanThe noise of the bars of the neighborhood at night. It could be quite disturbing for travelers with light sleep. Absence of any thing in bathroom for hanging clothes. No soap or handwash at wash basin. However, body wash c was placed beside shower that was very inconvenient for use from wash basin.
I liked almost everything about this property, the location, the room, the bathroom, the lighting in room, AC, view from the window, cleanliness, staff, the elevator and so on. Right in middle of street in an area of full of action, especially after evening. Restaurants, shops, street food vendors, currency exchange, BTS station, MRT station, almost everything is at walking distance. Bars are right next door for interested travelers.

BulgariaGreat place for it's price. A little old but good. They offer a room for an hour so if your flight is long after check out you could leave the luggage there and explore the city. Come back in the evening , rent a room, use the bathroom/shower and go to the airport.

PeruProblem with the window not latching properly.You could shake it several times and it would open.. Major concern for booking dot com.. My credit card payment was booked as Amsterdam which caused confusion because my bank knew I was in Thailand and saw booking.com charge as Amsterdam. The. Bank suspended my card due to posdible fraud...YOU NEED TO FIX THIS.....ATLAS HOTEL BANGKOK NOT AMSTERDAM .
