Didn't like the noise made by other guests. Seems they don't care about people sleeping while my they make enough noise coming home. Slamming doors and also saw a few guests smoking in lift when the rules say No Smoking.

I liked the room. Very spacious. Nice balcony. Quiet location but still close to town.

Nice deluxe room on the 8th floor. Clean,spacious and a comfortable bed. Air con was a bit noisy but soon got use to it. Good strong WiFi. Excellent roof top pool but never used the bar. Good location and wouldn't hesitate staying again. Recommended.

The properties location was amazing very central short walk to Bangla road and lovely pool on the roof, room was nice and clean but there was a power outage the minute we checked in and left us with no facilities for over two hours and when we asked at reception they had no apology and simply stated it would be back in a few hours, I felt this was rude as no apology and we had only been there about a half an hour. These things happen but how you deal with situations makes all the difference

Was decent with nice pool. Staff were friendly, although there was an issue with the key and the lock on arrival which took a while to fix which was annoying.

The receptionist in the night shift called Peter was really rude and he wouldn’t help in anything .. we asked for something that we lost and he didn’t even try to find then we ended up talking to the cleaner which was very respectful and helped us to find our stuff

The bathroom wasn't very clean, it had hair from a previous guest in the drain and on the soap shelf. Rooms were not cleaned for the 4 days we were there.

Location is excellent, about a 5 minute walk to the beach, Baglor Road, restaurants and cafes. Staff are very helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable bed.

Found a couple of the towels had stains on them - they had clearly been laundered, but it was still a little off-putting. Room service swapped them when I asked. The cost of drinks from the fridge in the lobby were very expensive.

Clean, simple and generally good value accomodation. Great pool and outdoor area on top floor. The young guy who checked me in was efficient and friendly. On my last day after checking out, I was having trouble organising a ride and the same young guy very kindly organised one for me himself.

The rooms look clean and fresh, but the lack of maintenance might cause some problems. During my stay I had to change the room because of the problems with air conditioning, sink, toilet and safety box. The doors are thin so you can hear your neighbours and everyone who is walking past your room at the corridor.

Nice hotel with good location. Rooftop pool is a huge plus. Good value for the money.

The gym is a joke, it's the size.of a storeroom. Some of the prices for food and drink are extortion. 100 Baht for a beer at the pool was fair, 50 Baht for a small water that costs 7 at 7/11 is not a good look.

Huge room, nice bathroom with good hot water. Pool area on rooftop is awesome overlooking Patong. Bed was firm but not rock hard for Thailand. Next door to a large seafood and night market for eating. 5 minute walk to Bangla road etc..

if there also was A/C provided within the hotel's corridor/elevator, it would have made it just flawless, since you sweat immediately because of the heat after leaving the room .

Awesome personell, everyone really kind and super professional. Lucky to had the best room on the top floor with a magnificent view on the city. everything worked out really well. thanks for everything guys!

The power went out one night for about one or two hours. It was not the hotel’s fault, and the staff was working like crazy to get the energy company to fix it. The power eventually came back on.

It is everything I saw in the pictures online. Good location. Clean swimming pool. Comfortable room. Staff was friendly, helpful, and understanding when I asked for my laundry earlier than it was scheduled.

I think better maintenance of the rooms would help to get better rates. In my room air condition wasn’t work properly(take long time to cool down the room). Is near to boxing stadium and be prepared for loud noise .

This hotel is near to everything what you need in patong. Pool is really nice on rooftop and view as well. WiFi is good.
