Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MaldivesWe had to move our room the second night, due to frost in the AC filter which was making a lot of noise. We had accidentally broken one drinking glass near the side table, and called for assistance. The staff who came to help seemed annoyed, and did not clean it properly even after we pointed it out twice that there was glass remaining and it was a safety hazard. He was very rude as well.
Breakfast, location and staff at the breakfast and reception was great!

United StatesRooms were smoking hot when you get there, but that is how it is everywhere, so get there early.
Being greeted like we were their only patron when we arrived, then followed up by a very comfortable sleep on a perfect mattress, to a really good breakfast of chicken curry, riblet soup , Auto latte maker and all the usual affair. Transportation on the BTS worked well to get wherever.

CanadaIt's a nice hotel. The rooms are big, the decoration is pretty and the beds are soft and comfy. If you are looking for a hotel with a big rooftop swimming pool it might not be the hotel for you. The pool is quite small but it was nice to have a dip after a long day of walking outside in the heat. The location is convenient just a few step from BTS Onnut, which also means you can hear it from the room. Just a heads up if you're sensitive from outside noises. It's not loud but you can still hear it.

United KingdomIf you are on one side of the hotel you will be facing skytrain which is quite close; the noise is significant. Nothing can be done about this of course but it is an issue to bear in mind when choosing a room.
Room is good size. Pillows comfortable. Bathroom and facilities good. Cleaning staff good. Reception staff very good: polite and friendly. Restaurant specials good value and tasty cooking.

United KingdomThe size of the pool was a bit of a surprise, it is very small and only room for 4 sunbeds, but still a nice addition to the hotel as was the gym and sauna on. the top floor. The room needs a bit if updating, new blackout curtains and a lick of paint.
Paul and Grace on Reception were very helpful, especially as my room was ready as soon as I arrived. The room was comfy and large and suited my needs.
