Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. Every detail was taken care of, making my stay truly memorable. We stayed for 2 nights and returned 2 weeks later for one night and the cleaner had found a sum of money in our room and kept it for us for when we returned! Such honest and decent and kind people. BahrainThe below bar RIM was not mentioned in the hotel description which made going out at night with a child a little shady. As we are muslims, conservative and having a child to see a night bar is not acceptable. Additionally, the selection of the breakfast had very minimal options for Muslims and even generally. The bakery selection had only TWO options croissants and blueberry danish. For a 5-star hotel with the price of the breakfast. I believe the breakfast needs an upgrade. Also, the kids club had literally a total of 5 toys and a TV. There was nothing additional to it, i even asked the reception of there are any additional activities and they said no.
Before 24 hrs of check in. We received an email for a bid to an upgrade. We got the upgrade for a one bedroom apartment which was absolutely amazing. It had a kitchenette with all appliances, a spacious living room and bedroom. We asked for decrease ac temperature and they sent an engineer right away to fix that for us.

AustraliaCould do with some extra seating in the pool area and due to construction next door it was rather noisy. However you didn’t notice once inside as the rooms had great soundproofing.
Loved the design and decor of the rooms but more importantly everything was in good condition and clean! Definitely a quality hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.
