For me the toilets are so low, haha, i am average guy I think, about 180cm, the toilets are small and low, i guess they were not thinking about me when they were installed, haha, this is not a show stopper but just a comment.

I had requested a folding luggage table and it was provided. I had a room upgrade, great advertisement, because i will request same room when i return for a stay. Great Service and BTS right outside.

Absolutely loved it! Amazing spacious one bedroom apartment with all facilities included. Great large pool with sun beds. Huge gym of 2 floors. Perfect location with BTS right in front and good restaurants nearby. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Thank you Max for your warm welcome.

Just an FYI, the traffic around the hotel can be awful, but nothing the hotel can do about that.

Great swimming pool, which is open comparatively late. Delicious breakfast with made to order items and buffet. Suites give plenty of space to relax.

First time staying in an ASR property and it exceeded my expectations. There was a little hick up but it was solved immediately. Anything you could possibly need in a hotel stay was there plus so much more. Close to everything. Amazing staff!!!!!

Sadly the breakfast was a let down, they are supposed to have an Asian and Western set as advertised on cards around the restaurant. This is supposed to be from 0600 to 1000 with the buffet till 1130. However, not sure if the staff were confused as the breakfast closed at 1000. There was no set menu's as advertised, this was frustrating when speaking to the staff they said the cards were old..... Don't put old stuff up easy. Other than that the breakfast food was pretty standard.

Great facilities and rooms, very clean staff at reception very helpful. Wish I used the gym, maybe next time great equipment and well sized.

Unfortunately the first room was above the main road, bit noisy, being a light sleeper I asked for ano room, very happily changed the room and it was perfect, thank you..

Quality of the facilities are superb,it has a health club, free (not the massage/spa!) if you stay there, massage was excellent, 5* prices but worth it, gym equipment is as good as you can get, and huge. Reception were really friendly and helpful, ordering taxis, info etc. The location is perfect, right beside St Louis BTS, to the left, 3mins are 7/11, coffee shops etc, to the right, Tops Supermarket, cafe's, food stalls etc. Room is huge and has all one needs for cooking/dining. Bar/restaurant on the ground floor has good variety of beers and foods, and for Bangkok prices very acceptable.

I did enquire about transport from the airport, but it was prohibitively expensive. I appreciate the Bangkok is a fair distance, and we would have needed a van or 2 cars given a group of 10, however $200AUD is probably more than we'd pay even in Australia. We found alternative transport using Booking.com

We were travelling in 2 family groups with young children, so had 2 x 2 bedroom apartments. It was the perfect accomodation for families, the apartment was very spacious, had 2 huge bathrooms including tubs that the kids enjoyed. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was exceptionally clean. We also enjoyed the pool - it was a bit older but really solidly built, large area and had both a deep pool and kids swimming area. The hotel is virtually in front of steps going up to St Louis MRT station, and there is a street full of nice eateries within 10-15min walk. I have to mention the fitness centre separately - oh my, it was NEXT LEVEL. It felt like an exclusive celebrity gym, not at all crowded, a whole floor of the hotel with views and loads of new and interesting equipment. I'm a bit of a reluctant gym goer at the best of times, but this place really made me want to get up and go in the mornings before the kids got up. Staff were exceptional, including valet, reception and cleaners. Thank you for making our stay a happy one, would definitely stay again.

Location is good as it’s super near to BTS station. Love that it’s away from rowdy areas but easy access to BTS to get to many places. Room is big and very clean. Kitchen is well furnished and washing machine is a plus point.

The furnishings look a bit dated.

The 3-bedroom apartment has a good layout and is spacious. Location may be further from the shopping district but close to a number of massage spas and nice restaurants/bars.
