Nice area for you to explore and just about 10 minutes from bangla road. Also Just few blocks away from a new market area. Turn left from the hotel main road and after the zibra cross to the other side of the road you will be right infront a small bridge. Walk straight and you will find a perfect market, food and pub area. Great place.

The one of the rooms were we stayed was stinking we did inform the front desk about the same but even after cleaning the smell didn't go. The room and the attached bathroom were stinking alot.

WiFi does not work in the room, only in the lobby - this meant I had to go buy a portable Internet modem for work. Had to pay THB1000 cash deposit for the room key, this is so frustrating because you don't want 1000 baht cash back on your way to the airport, should allow the deposit to be paid on card, I paid for my accommodation on card. They will not provide you with any cleaning supplies to wash your dishes in the room, it's an apartment with a kitchen, this seems odd to me. TV was not a smart TV so could not use streaming services. Gym equipment could do with a refurbish, need more sun loungers around the pool area, it was difficult to get one.

Secure complex, friendly and helpful staff, decent pool and pool area, basic gym available, rooms very clean and well appointed. Good location, easy to walk around most of Patong Beach area, easy to get picked up for day tours, 7/11 and Big C close by for supplies.

The aircon was facing right to the bed and the fins to change the direction didn't work, having the air cold in your face all night.

The studio was spacious and clean, bed was comfy and swimming pool was nice.

bathroom smells like drain, shower always gets clogged and floods. the water temperature control for the shower is not accurate it is hard to get the right temperature running, it is either too hot or too cold. male receptionist was unfriendly. we stained the bedsheet and duvet due to leaking tattoo ink unintentionally. from that incident the male receptionist refused to provide us another duvet cover while also trying to charge for the sheets. this was unfair and very unprofessional as accidents happen, we resolved the issue ourselves by sending the sheets to a dry cleaning company to remove the stain. the problem with this is not the charge the receptionist was trying to place on us, but the fact that we had to sleep without a duvet cover since we “already dirtied the duvet cover”. we had to sleep on a duvet that had a yellow stain that looked like it was from bodily fluids as he did not allow us to get another cover until we returned the sheets. pictures of stain are attached. as we were sent a letter saying the covers needed to be cleaned or we would be charged 3000 baht, we expected at least clean bedsheets while we rectified the issue. and if any future sheets were dirtied we would accept full responsibility and provide payment as we have with the previous dirtied bedsheets. housekeeping is said to be everyday however we realised the bedsheets were only flipped around and not replaced as we noticed the pre-existing stain on the bedsheet has moved locations.

Many mosquitoes - we had to very quickly take off our shoes and enter the apartment to prevent mosquitoes from outside coming in. Main lobby felt very stuffy. Lift had missing buttons.

Our personal experience with the staff at check inn wasn’t great, the HDMI port on the TV, and the wifi, didn’t work in our room so we requested to change which they let us, but it seemed as it was a problem! It also states you get free coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day but when I asked about this, I got told this is incorrect… Wifi didn’t work throughout our whole stay, 5th and 7th floors and also in the gym it didn’t work. I had a SIM card so wasn’t a problem for me but needs to be fixed for sure!

Good nifty little apartment for those wanting a comfortable stay in Patong Beach where you can cook. Very clean and they offer daily cleaning which is great. Amazing shower and comfortable bed. Gym is small, but air conditioned and okay for a small workout, and the pool we didn’t use as it’s in the shade most of the day but it’s a nice addition to the hotel/apartments.

Definitely do not stay there. If you go to the toilet in the next room, you can hear it. There is construction at the back. The building is 1 meter away. The pool is very dirty.

The kitchen is full of limes scale, old furniture and lots of stains on the doors and walls. Black Mold in the bathroom with a really bad smell. This is health and safety hazard

Construction everywhere. Too much noise too many people around in contraction people. I recommended nobody go there too much noise too much people contraction everywhere. Swimming pool to dangerous to kids because ties broken everywhere my son leg cut one time.
