We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Thailand1. There was a garden snake close to the bar area - a very small and harmless one. The bar staff killed the snake by taking its head off with a rake and then waving the dead snake at guests. This was truly a very unsettling incident and not a healthy and humane example for the kids around to watch. I hope that the hotel can rather create a culture of relocating unwanted snakes/animals and protecting the natural environment. 2. The beach directly outside the hotel was a mess the night we arrived! The trash washed up on shore was the worst I've seen in Thailand. I thought that the trash would be cleaned by the next morning, but it was only until the afternoon, a clean up was initiated by a few guests and then the staff joined in. I hope that the hotel can take more responsibility for Bangtao Beach clean up and incorporate it into their Beach Club activities.
The room and hotel in general was very spacious. It felt like a good place one could get lost and relax. The pool and restaurant areas were lovely too! We has a chicken burger for room service and it was delicious!

SingaporeThe location is quite inconvenient. Not many convenient stores nearby, restaurants are too touristy and lacks the local culture. The application used by the hotel was quite useless. They encouraged us to use the app to book activities and. communicate but they did not state when activity is fully booked. The personnel on instagram responded much faster. funny.
I love the facilities around the resort. Nice pools with kid friendly acticities such as the self-steer boat, slides, water jets. The kids club was amazing for family. Location is by the beach, we get beautiful sunsets daily and we have the option to picnic!

Room with Pool view pool access. Even though the main pool closed by 7pm, we can enjoy our own kind of pool from the room. It has most of the facilities. Bar in the middle of the main pool is fantastic. Good restaurants around.

Wonderful property. Pool access rooms offer a great way to chill. The main pools are barely a couple of steps away. Restaurants on the property offer good food and the beach is walking distance. Staff very polite and helpful.

United Arab EmiratesCustomer service in general was average at best, and particularly in the restaurant where breakfast was served, the staff made you feel quite uncomfortable and not welcome. Zero interaction with the kids and not helpful when asked any questions. If you arrive for breakfast after 9am expect to see items being removed and no fresh replenishment of food etc. Kids club staff could be more attentive as when I visited with my 3 year old, they barely looked up from their phones. More training is required on customer service in all areas as this was definitely not a 4 star standard.

SpainThe room, while spacious, could use a refresh - some minor updates and a more thorough cleaning would be ideal. I was surprised by the rule against bringing in outside food.
Very convenient if you want to go to the beach, just at the doorstep. The pools were fantastic: huge, clean and many different ones. Breakfast was also excellent, lots of western and Asian choices, even special choices for kids.
