Our room was really nice, as well as being clean and private. The staff were so friendly and we were greeted so kindly every time we left and came back to the hotel. Our room was a good size, as we were backpacking we needed a lot of ground space for packing/unpacking. Hotel is a small walk away from the main street which was good for us as we wanted a quiet place

Location was 10/10. In the centre of everything and 2 minute walk from the ferry port. Did not have to get taxis anywhere. The swimming pool was fabulous also and we spent a lot of time here. Would definitely recommend paying for a private boat tour to the surrounding islands.

The hotel staff cared for us by prepping room service meals (fit for a troubled stomach) that helped us get back on our feet. They were always cordial, well-mannered, and kind. Service was quick and on the spot all the time. We will stay at this hotel again when we return to Ao Nang.

IrelandThe food in the hotel was disappointing. We had lunch which was very plain (both the chicken burger and pad thai were as average as could be) and breakfast the following morning. Breakfast was 259 bhat per person and was quite miserable. Our room was very nice however it felt damp during our whole stay. I’m assuming very poor ventilation, after a shower our pillows and duvet felt wet and the floor became a hazard I almost slipped on the tiles due to the condensation!
Good location next to the ferry, the pool was also very nice. The bed was very comfortable and I liked being given a beach towel and a bath towel.

The concierge were very knowledgable of different things and areas we wanted to visit. They were so helpful and helped us book and gave us discounts on activities. They always had an answer or would find one for us. It is an easy walk to the beach but the pool is very nice and refreshing
