The pool was cool which was needed in the heat, room was clean. Staff were okay - not overly friendly. Aircon was good. The location is slightly off the main area but either a short walk, or a few minute tuktuk

Balcony door wouldn’t lock and wouldn’t close properly so there was always a small opening.

Property sits in a very good location, close to restaurants and beaches. Staff are very helpful booking excursions and travel. Got upgraded to a pool view for free which was a very kind gesture, we appreciated that.

One noisy morning, the door is very thin and you can hear people in the hallway.

Shower door opened inward and couldn’t get inside. Had to shower with door open.( average size people). Looking forward to having a swim, but pool walls dirty and water was green. Not as photos.

- only negative thing i can say is pool not taking so much sun in the afternoon cause building is high, in that reason water gets cold as well

Our room was hot when we arrived, and it took too long to cool down. It felt like the air conditioner wasn't working, but it did eventually cool down. There was only one pillow per person, but there were a couple of throw cushions as well. There was no tea, just a couple of coffee sachets. There was no milk, just creamer.

The bed was super comfortable, but there was only one pillow per person. There was a bath, hairdryer, glasses and coffee mugs, and a small fridge with a tiny freezer but no ice tray. The pool was lovely. It is shaded, so it is lovely and cool. Good location, only a short walk to shops, laundry, bars, etc. Only about a 15-minute stroll to the beach.

The cleaning room service was not bringing small towels to us by some reason.

The hotel is nicely located, pretty close to the beach and different restaurants. The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. Also you can get the tours in very good price compared to city booths.

The room was cosy & clean. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Good location 10-15 min walk to Ao Nang. Lots of restos around, 7/11, souvenirs, tours shops & other shops. Easy to find tuk tuk, songthaew to explore Krabi.

The bathroom is a wet room so if you’re sharing with a Few people it can be a little inconvenient. It is also quite outdated. However, considering the price point, you can’t really complain!

The staff here is really really nice and helpful. They gave us shampoo, extra soap and fridge magnets. The rooms have everything you need and they top up water for you everyday! Really good value for money.

The breakfast was poor value for money. I paid for breakfast upfront, but chose to eat elsewhere after the first day.

It isn't the end of the world but I do wish they played some kind of music in the pool area. Not a deal breaker tho.

The Pool is a great little hang out spot. The Garden view rooms had all the privacy and a beautiful backdrop. The location has everything you need within a 15 minute walk. Will be back.
