Had an issue with my bank card before arrival. My bank in the UK notified me that it may take up to an hour to fix the problem. I told the staff who were adamant that I couldn't have access to the room before payment. I understood that it's likely hotel policy and not staff fault. Booked to stay 3 nights at 8000 baht. Had 4000 baht cash and offed to pay that and the rest within the hour once the problem was solved. They refused. Which surprised me as 4000 baht is more than enough to cover one night, I had been travelling all day and just wanted to relax in the room. With this being a 5 star hotel, again I was surprised that an accommodation couldn't be made for me. My card issue had resolved itself within the next 10 minutes, luckily, but the incident left a sour taste in my mouth. Hotel is amazing though, highly recommend

Everything was great! Stuff super friendly. I needed to extend my stay, and this was handled quickly by the hotel. Beautiful rooftop with swimming poor and bar. Gym good enough for a solid workout. Ridiculously comfortable bed. Really enjoyed the balcony. Bathroom was clean and beautifully designed. Can't recommend enough

Indian men kept spitting in the pool and being very loud. They also made the women in the pool very uncomfortable as they kept staring at them. But this is not the hotel’s fault at all.

Everything. The rooftop pool looks amazing. The rooms are lovely and the air conditioning is really good. Staff let us check in early. They were very nice and helpful.

The breakfast is pre paid but one needs to make every single day a reservation to access the restaurant. Very limited amenities in the bathroom - no body lotion, no soap, etc.

Fantastic hotel. Good staff, clean, safe, good air conditioning and good location. The rooftop pool/bar area was amazing. Have to visit it to appreciate it. Chilled vibes, great view, a special rooftop area. My only recommendation would be to improve the food menu and the massage treatments were expensive. Highly recommend you get the “Grab” app, it’s like Uber. Perfect for travelling around and worked perfectly in every city.

There are some minor issues that need to be addressed in the bathroom. The water from the shower splashes outside when taking a bath, and the sink takes a long time to drain.

I have had the pleasure of staying at many five-star hotels, and I must say that this establishment ranks among the finest. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the room was immaculate. The view from my room was breathtaking. I would like to express my gratitude to Mark and her two colleagues (even though one was a trainee, she was still very helpful), Somying, and the head chef for their exceptional service at the restaurant. However, I must make special mention of Teresa from the spa. She is truly one of the most skilled masseuses I have ever encountered in all of Thailand. I have had thousands of massages, but she stands out as one of the best. I will definitely be returning to this hotel, both because of Teresa and the excellent service provided by the restaurant staff. -

The plants in the balcony bring a lot and all kinds of insects so I think it’s better to get removed and it’s better for the elevator and corridors to have AC

the food and drinks served at the restaurant was magnificent!! That massage place on the 22nd floor was soo welcoming and full of good vibrations and spirits. And the rooms were not like anything the u.s. could ever offer nor even think of to create.

We stayed at this hotel a couple with 4 childrens. I would like to mention the excellent breakfast at the hotel and the perfect coffee they prepared for us every morning. I would also like to mention Beam and Pete from the hotel staff who made our service very pleasant and were very professional and kind. We were in this hotel five days ago and once again we return to it because it was an excellent hotel, in my opinion the best in Pattaya,

Located on a busy street, you can sometimes hear the noise from the street.

My preferred hotel of choice when l’m in the area .The hotel itself is great. You can see the ocean from the rooftop bar.
