Some electrical things didn't work. 2 doors down they were renovating bedrooms and we kept getting the smell of the paints coming into our room via the air conditioning unit. There was no proper wardrobe The hand washing sink was in the room instead of the bathroom The breakfast buffet options were limited

The service at the Starbucks, they forgot or drinks and we waited 30 minutes. We had to go ask again.

The sea vieuw was amazing! Staff where superb very friendly. Especially the service up and down the mountain.

There was a roach and a gecko in my room. House keeping would come late in the afternoon. Most of the staff could not speak English well so it was hard for them to understand.

The pool had an amazing view and the staff who helped with the luggage’s were quite dedicated and friendly

It was a bit far away from anything, so the closest shop or restaurant was 10-15 mins away. Another bad thing was that the breakfast was hilariously expensive, and really not worth it. We ended up sleeping til 10.30, take the first shuttle to the beach at 11 and ate there for a quarter of the price.

Fantastic hotel to stay at, the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Big range of food for breakfast. Magnificent view from our room and pretty much all around the hotel. Recommend hiring a scooter to get to and from the hotel as it’s up the hill from Kamala

There's no lift to get to rooms , the food was not so good and very pricey.

The hotel was very beautiful, and the price was very good value for money. The staff where very friendly and helpful. Location was great too.

Out friends room had arcon issues and it took long for it to be sorted out.

Television -not many choice and can not connect to own Netflix or wifi, does need improvements. Breakfast -very limited choice. Bad connection on hotel wifi. You must have your own transportation to stay at this hotel.

Clean place and especially bedroom with a very good sea view. Quiet and relexing place We stayed 4 days.

Staff at reception and restaurant and bellboys are very poorly trained in hospitality service. Beyond a perfunctory greeting and responding to questions, staff takes little or no interest in the guests. The general attitude of indifference prevailed at check in and check out, when I was not even asked if I enjoyed my stay and ignored when I said "goodbye". I have no issue with employees bantering amongst each other during down time, but they frequently had to be reminded of the presence of guests - by their guests! I stopped counting the number of times I waited in disbelief for them to stop chatting and take notice of my presence long enough to address a question.

The view from my premium full sea view room overlooking the bay was beautiful. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of fresh food options. The common areas are beautifully designed and I enjoyed the split-level layout of the different pools.

The location was far from main beaches. Not the best complimentary shuttle times. Breakfast buffet was pricey.
