Area around villa pool could be slippery.

Upgraded to large Pool Villa with outside shower. It was an unexpected lovely experience. Breakfast was seriously excellent and decadently available till 11 with good coffee by request. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Long sand safe beach with quiet surf. Remote tropical surroundings but only 15mins from popular Biang Niang with daily transfers available. Town has a great market. Property had varied Pools with lots of deck chairs. Beachfront Bar and Villa bar happy hours were offset times beer only included at beachfront. Area of Beachfront forward of Villas provided Local interaction boards massage drinks etc. Perfect holiday.

Pool villa was very nice. Breakfast always good, nice selection. Very clean resort, constant maintenance to gardens etc. Pools were immaculate and plenty of loungers etc. Beach was lovely - huge, quiet & sandy. Staff very friendly & always give you a smile. Beach bar was great, super staff & lovely drinks.

It's a fairly remote location - 15 mins taxi from the village centre - so limited opportunities to eat shop or eat somewhere different.

Room size and comfort, staff, beachside location, food, pool. Nice to have surf school(s) and elephant sanctuary nearby. Overall we had a lovely time.

Great beach, breakfast and pool. And the restaurant for lunch and dinner was fantastic. We loved our stay. Having a pool access room is awesome. A short walk to the elephant sanctuary.

Location is amazing- just in front of the surfing spot, iconic Memories beach with great beach bar. However if you need to go to the city you can use hotel taxi or your own car. Food is great - nice variety of western and Thai food. You can eat Thai noodle soup prepared just in front of you. Room is a great size - I really like the bathroom opened to the bedroom with option to slide the shades. Balcony is a nice add ons. Everything is clean, prepared for your comfort - staff is amazing. Pools are great

The main issue for us, as we work online, was that the internet wasn't fast enough or stable enough. This would be fine for anyone just wanting to scroll social media but not great if you need to do any work or jump on skype etc. It's the main thing that would prevent us from staying longer.

This was a wonderful escape for us, with large rooms, comfortable beds and more than enough facilities to keep us occupied for the weeks stay. Fun little waves and Staff were amazing! We had a room with pool access on the bottom floor. The food was mostly great, pizzas were amazing and there was a wide selection of breakfast options. I would say that while I like that they are a green hotel and conscious of waste the salad bar at breakfast was saved and served one too many times, as was the fruit selection for a couple of the fruit shakes I bought. It seemed that there was a 3 or four day cycle on these foods as it was all refreshed on the fifth day. All in all a great holiday though.

The location was a bit far out from everything, but they offered cheap shuttle service. We actually didn’t enjoy the very pricy food so much and the portions where too small.

They had everything you need, from gym, restaurants, library, spa, kids rooms to several pools and the beach. It’s a large resort, but it doesn’t feel like mass tourist. It’s next door to a very nice elephant sanctuary. The breakfast was included in the price and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Just the music at the Katinos bar & restaurant annoyed us. American mainstream pop und silly rap music, which lyrics were partly offensive against women. They should rethink their choice of music. It was inappropriate for such a nice beach bar. We would have preferred a little more ambient and relaxing music...

No elevator so this could be an issue for families with young kids or elderly guests ; the rooms could be renovated and freshened-up, but overall well-maintained and clean ; kids playground is oldish

It;s location is quite isolated, no where within walking distance apart from a lovely surf cafe (would recommend).

We got a taxi from Phuket airport to the accomodation for 1600baht, but on the way back to the airport, seemed like the only transport option was to book with the hotel (no Grabs were available), the hotel charges 2500baht for taxi to airport, which seemed like a lot compared to the cost of the one we got there. There were also a lot of mosquitos in the room, perhaps a flywire door would be helpful?

Beautiful beach front resort. The beach is lovely and fairly clean, but also great to have the pool overlooking the beach (some jellyfish in the ocean so pool was often preferable). Plenty of pool/beach front chairs. Great breakfast, loved the beachfront restaurant/bar. Our room was clean, big and comfortable. We were there over Songkran, the staff put on some lovely festive and fun activities which was great to be a part of
