the jacuzzi on the patio did not work breakfast was just OK Not that great there was NO closet and there was NO chest of drawers----what the heck? how are you supposed to store your clothes??

Furnitare in room was damage and a bit outdated. Which I would not expect to see in 4 stars hotel. Furniture inside room would bemaybe ok for 2 stars hotel.

The doonah on the bed was very thick and hot even with the aircon on. We took it out and just used the cover. Wifi kept logging off Not as close to Ao Nang beach as we thought, but fortunately we enjoy a walk and there are plenty of TukTuk if you want to pay B100

The staff were the highlight for us, they were so helpful, professional and friendly. Lovely comfortable bed. we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the lovely bath foam provided. The pool was kept very clean and well maintained.

Toilets by the pool were not cleaned on a regular basis. Wifi keeps booting you out.

My room very big with 2 double queen bed and have 2 jacuzzi at the balcony..This hotel also have waterpark for kids and have kids club..My kids really like this hotel..All staff also really friendly..this hotel really worth it to stay..i will book here again if i come to krabi next time..this hotel good for big family and couple👍🏻👍🏻..

Great comfy big room with a jacuzzi in the Balcony! Loved the green forest view from the balcony! Breakfast was amazing each day too ! Staff was amazing and made the stay very comfy ! Close to the beach and shops which was handy ! 10 minutes away from all hustle bustle! Nights were quite in the room for a good night sleep :) nice pool too ! Thought I didn’t get the chance to use it

The staff were helpful but they have limited English skills. The pool hours should be longer.

Excellent breakfast choice. The room is nice and well equipped - beach bag, umbrellas. The location is really convenient, short walk from the beach, and the night market is also close with wonderful street food options. In front of the hotel you can book trips and they organize your laundry, too. The gym is nice, too.

Very hard mattresses. The rooms were not cleaned every day, and if they were cleaned, it was not cleaned thoroughly. There was a lot of stone and other deposits in the bathrooms - it didn't look inviting. Boring breakfast.

Kids club, small children's pool, club room with pool table - very useful although they could be open a little longer. Location is very nice, not so close to main street so you can get some calm. Very helpful staff

Nice hotel with lots of facilities for kids. There's water park play area with spiral water slides, quite comprehensive kid's club play area with ball pool, and free snacks from 12pm in the lounge. Hotel is very conveniently located for Aonang beach, and about 10-15 minutes walk to either Landmark night market or Aonang beach shopping strip. Hotel restaurant is very reasonably priced, and staff are very helpful. We have very good experience staying in this hotel.

We booked a room for three people, and had a standard twin room with a double bed and an extra cot put in. It was quite uncomfortable sleeping on the cot. I'd prefer to have a proper triple room with an extra single bed. But there's no such option here.

It's five-minute walk to the beach and provides free towels and bicycles for rent, and some stuff for the beach. Very thoughtful! The staff were helpful. Sometimes it took us a bit of time to make each other understood, but all worked out well in the end. The gym and pool were clean and never crowded, pleasant to use. Our room faced the pool and green space to the back, which provided good privacy. I really enjoyed the balcony.
