Bring your own laundry bag. This is chargeable if you are going to take it to keep your used clothes. Few selections of breakfast but good.

Hotel staff are friendly, kind and accommodating. Nice scent of our bedroom. Fresh beddings too. Celebrated my birthday with my husband and had given a surprise complimentary cake. Many thanks for this! My request to have a good view of the pool and mountain from our balcony and transfer to another room to have another view were granted. Very near and few steps away to 711, restaurants, massage salons and shops. Approx 3-5-steps away too to Aonang beach :) from the hotel back entrance. My husband and I enjoyed the wooden hammock and morning walk at the shore. We had our foot scrub and massage by the shore too while enjoying the sea and mountain views and wind breeze in nearby massage shops there.

Room and furniture are worn out. Need a revamp. Food was average. On one occasion I ordered ala carte pad thai for dinner, not very tasty. Actually, it was bland. They need to improve the ala carte menu. Buffet breakfast was decent.

Location was very good. Fronting the beach, easy walking distance to restos and shops. Pretty central to what you need. Hotel spa was very good. Hotel is big and spacious.

The value is a little higher than it should be for Thailand especially as a local resident. Otherwise good.

We booked 6 rooms. One room - aircon broke down at 3am, the other air con was not cold. 2 rooms - balcony sliding door could not be locked. All were fixed but it is an inconvenience to room guests. Kettle was rusty. Fitness centre need an upgrade. Need to ensure proper maintenance of room facilities.

Staff were helpful and courteous, onsite parking available, great swimming pool and beachfront, location superb. Comfortable bed and spacious room.

Room service food was very limited, would have happily paid for some of the great food we had at the restaurant as I like to relax after a big day out on the islands and watch some netflix.

The sea views weren’t really sea views as the palm trees block the views and we could only see the sea partially.

Great location, 2 beautiful pools, table tennis, billiard table and the gym are perfect for additional activities within resort. The rock mountain in the background by the large pool was absolutely stunning!

The eco-friendly Wednesdays were not advertised, therefore we woke up with no electricity without knowing the reason. Generally, the bathroom was a bit dark
