Unfortunately, some new bars have opened across the road from the hotel in what were previously small shops. From 8pm to 1am music is very loud being played directly out into the road. Why they have speakers playing into the road is a ?????? Choose a room on the back of the hotel !

Old furnishing, patio furniture that should be burnt! So loud from the bars in the neighbourhood at night. Adjoining rooms have no sound barrier.

Location is minutes away from Aonang beach! Many restaurants and shops right out the front door.

Breakfast was terrible. The night noise was very loud trouble sleeping. The price was different then when I booked more expensive.

Furniture is a little outdated but clean.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Very spacious and clean room with a good bed and white bedding. They gave us more pillows on our request which was appreciated. They offer a clean beach towel for the swimmingpool and beach. Clean bath towels and good shower. Will go back as it's very central as well with Aonang beach close by and great restaurants nearby. Pool area small but sufficient.

Room was a little sandy, especially under the bed. Toilet grout had was slightly mouldy.

Breakfast was okay..... Not the best but there wasn't much bfast places around anyway so it suffices. Staff were really friendly and helpful with enquires and booking of van/car to places (albeit a tad bit expensive). Location of hotel was quite good as well, walking distance from a plethora of bars and diners as well as shopping and the beach.

It was very noisy and the food in the morning was terrible flys every where and food not covered over which is a health hazard. The pool was not use able unless you jump in as steps where broken so never used it sunbeds dirty and the area round the pool

you can hear nearby bar or restaurant playing music late at night (although we was one of the rooms close to the street, over looking the pool)

friendly helpful staff. good sized room - we paid extra for a child bed to be put in. nice pool open late so we enjoyed using this after a day at the beach late on. close to one of the ticket offices that transport you to Railey beach.

OK here’s the kicker… as a lot of other reviews have pointed out. They are across the road from three clubs that play loud music until 3 AM and there is no avoiding it so if you’re a light sleeper this may not be for you.

from sea view room stay… Good sized rooms, everything clean, all facilities worked. Good pool. I arrived late in the evening, and my mattress was like a rock and my safe did not work. I told them in the morning and they immediately replaced the safe and put a comforter on the mattress. attentive, friendly wonderful people. It is listed as beachfront - it is not - if that matters to you, but it is a simple three minute walk.

The neighboring bar plays loud music - if you aren't a party animal, then you might find it hard to fall asleep early (no problems from our side!) Only two sockets in the room (both are really close to each other, so some devices can't be plugged in together at the same time), and one more in the bathroom - travel with a tee!

Stayed for a week. Close to the beach, all the necesities were in the room, complimentary coffee. Beds were comfy. You can ask for beach towels at the reception. The reception lady helped with the last minute taxi to the airport!

Nothing. Everything was good.

The room was big and spacious and very clean. The terrace had a view of the sea. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the hotel is very close to the ao nang beach as well as the centre of ao nang. Here's what I liked most: I accidentally dropped my wallet when I was leaving the facility frantically. But the staff found it and contacted me after I was back in Bangladesh and took the trouble of sending it to my friend in Phuket with everything (money, cards, docs, etc.) intact. I would highly recommend the hotel for tourists, worth every penny!
