-The air conditioning device was located in the same balcony of the room and it was very noisy. -The fridge was old and noisy

It is 25 minutes far from the beach.And instead of garden view we have a view of parking

Great value for money in a lovely hotel with a pool and swim up bar. Breakfast was exceptional. There was a free shuttle bus into the beach area. Cleaning staff were lovely

Bed was old / very creaky. A few of the Sun loungers were broken / needing some TLC. Lots of noise between rooms the walls have got to be super thin.

Great spot just off the Main Street so less noise / traffic but only 15 mins (if that) down to the beach. Rooms nice and spacious.

Housekeeping staff do not go their job properly. We stayed for 6 days and each day housekeeping service level and standard went down. Towards the last day of our stay, the housekeeping did not clean the room, nor change towel nor clean bathroom. Another thing which wasn't great is staff during breakfast keep hovering over you keeping an eye on what you eat ready to grab the plates away even before you finish- not a good when you have a feeling of being watched as you eat. Suggest these improvements.

Good value, clean rooms with good beds and bathroom. Pool against the backdrop of spectacular limestone cliffs is amazing. Good breakfast, with plenty of options.

We had bigger expectations for the room. We saw a dust on the tables and the towels were old and worn out. The bed had two mattresses so it wasn't very comfortable.

We had a nice view to the mountains and pool. Air conditioner was working really well.

A bit far from the beach. But the hotel provides transportation to and from the beach 2 times a day.

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff are friendly enough and the rooms are comfortable, though they look nothing like in the photographs and a little misleading. Pool and breakfast very good and plenty of parking.

As a detail, some pool chairs were broken and could use some love The location isn't fantastic but the hotel takes you to the beach a couple of times a day and we enjoyed the 20 min walk anyways

Clean, comfortable, and very friendly and helpful staff. Good food at reasonable value Breakfast was very good as well Swimming pool faces the beautiful mountain, worth it for a chill afternoon

The only comment is that breakfast is not included in the regular price,

Hotel is strategically located, closed to downtown area, but totally free from the noise and crownded areas in downtown. Very clean, very pleasant swimming pool, nice service.

2 lady serve at hotel restaurant : one of them friendly (P.) and other a bit rude with customers (she try to refuse us and kept the windows closed making a sauna inside just because we go there less than 1 hour before closing time). Better option to eat just cross the street (ko toy)

Bad smell in the bathroom Only 2 Shuttles țo the beach at 12.30 and 14.00 You can go tot the beach at other Times but You have to pay 50 baht per person At the pool : just few sunbeds, but were never fully occupied. Some of them are broken A little old hotel, needs a renovation Old broken towels, sheets with stains (they were washed, but had old stains) But very clean

We upgraded our room and it was worth while the first room was abit small. But great value.

Great location, close to the centre of Ao Nang but far enough away that it isn't loud. Also great view of the limestone cliffs behind.

The pool area is amazing with back drop of some Krabi mountains. Staff are friendly. Its a bit of a walk to the 'high street' but they lay on free transport to the main area.
