They left the doors open when cleaning the rooms so mosquitoes got in. The shower alternates between hot and cold

Room service finish by 17:00. I asked for a blanket for 1 night and got cost 200BTH. I ordered 2 rooms and each one is located in different building. You can't change your reservation, this is non refundable hotel.

Comfortable bed, very clean, very nice crow. Nice breakfast. Good coffee machine. Nice gym.

Great location at the busy ao nang beach strip. Cross the road for the beach or walk left or right for all the cafes massages and shops you want. Great pool

Our room was located right next to the restaurant which started setting up at 5.30am every morning. The noise woke us every day. There was also a smell coming from the restaurant toilets that was strong outside.

I really liked the comfort and cleanliness of the resort. I would request a different room next time instead of the room next to the restaurant the last room along there. Loved the direct pool access.

It was difficult to fall asleep at night as air conditioning units were quite loud and nearby night clubs were blasting lound music. I wish the rooms were better insulated against unwanted sounds - that's my only gripe.

Location could not be better, however, it was a double edge sword as there were night clubs in the proximity blasting loud music throughout the night so it was difficult to fall asleep without earplugs. Staff were excellent - super friendly and helpful. Facilities were good and clean.

Breakfast timing! Closing at 10am was quite early for jetlagged travelers from the East... we missed it à few times until we adjusted. Family room : if 4 people, better ask for the sofa bed.

The pool and the location are superb. The hôtel is clean and the room was spacious. It is also the most premium for me on the ao nang main beach road.

It’s an excellent hotel in a excellent location. When we arrived at hotel I was a little worried regarding noise, however, despite of the hotel are located in the center of all comercials and restaurants, it is very silent. Our apartment was gorgeous with 2 floors and a beautiful bath tub.

The lift didn’t work. Was ok for us, but not if you have mobility challenges. The bathroom towels were worn and not of high quality.

Great that it was fully Halaal and very peaceful. Location was fantastic and right where you get the boats to Railay beach A number of great food vendors on your doorstep, with The Funny Cafe being the best. The pool access rooms were fantastic and the pool itself was awesome. The resorts main pool was equally great. Very helpful and friendly staff

Amazing location , by the beach. All the amenities a stone throw away. Check in process very smooth and staff ever so helpful and kind. We stayed in a family room , first floor , accessed via easy stairs as well as a lift. The decor was to our utmost liking , room had everything we needed, including umbrellas, hair dryer. The balcony was spacious and had beautiful swimming pool views. Had one of the best sleeps for a while. Amazing swimming pool open til 10 pm , kids loved it , not busy at all and on most of our 4 day stay we were the only ones in the pool. Beautiful well kept trees and green area by the pool made it special. Wife used the massage service ( female only facility ) she thoroughly enjoyed it. Restaurant is on ground floor by the pool , Halal certified. Reasonably good breakfast.

The downside was that there was no elevators to go up to the room, and the interior design was a little tired.

We had a great stay, the staff was very friendly and the location was great.

When we checked in our room door card mechanism making a error sound and wouldn't stop. A technician came who tried a reset and said it wouldn't happen again - it did... this was at 11pm when checking in so ended up going to reception so moved us to a very nice family room. Key card played up once in that room. Please check all keys and locks as that let the experience down.

Very good location - Located on the main strip of Oanang with many bars and restaurants in seconds walking distance. Comfy bed and everything provided. Would recommend and stay again.
