If you're a vegetarian you'll struggle with the breakfast at this hotel and might be better off just getting something at one of the local cafes. Many hotel rooms in Thailand have a window between the bathroom and bedroom, and this hotel is no exception. Though the window has curtains and a wooden panel with decorative motifs, it allows light inside the room at night due to the windows in the bathroom.

If you're searching for affordability and comfort, then this is the perfect spot for you. The hotel is located in a fairly good area and offers a decent breakfast. The room had most of the amenities we needed, and the beds were quite comfortable. We were pleased with the beach towels that the hotel provided and the pool was nice.

The beds had a thin topping matress than moved around and at times affected the pillow positions.

there is a slight dusty smell when you first enter the room after being away(i guess its that old wardrobe), but not a big deal.after running AC its all fine

Monotonous breakfast - we skipped a few days. Really uncomfortable bed - the mattress was too soft and the sheets were sliding off of it, I had to adjust it several times during the day. This is probably very specific and I can't vouch for all the rooms, but the sink design is mind-boggling... the sink is huge, the faucet barely reaches it, so the water gets everywhere. The funny thing is that this is not the first nor the last place where I've seen it during our Thailand trip.

I read some not-so-great reviews on google, so my expectations were very low - but I was pleasantly surprised. Spacious room, big bathtub, ok balcony. No issues with housekeeping at all unlike some other reviewers. The pool/bar area is nice, especially the tiny pool above the bar where you can relax and enjoy your happy hour drinks. Super convenient location to all the restaurants, shops, and bars by the beaches.

The place needs some serious updating. All bathroom artifacts look outdated, and so do the room furniture and the refrigerator. The TV is small for the size of the room. There is no phone in the room and you are instructed to use your cell phone to call the front desk using an app; so there is the problem, you need to download an app on your phone which I am reluctant to do for short-term purposes. The facility did not look very clean, but was not terrible either, somewhere in the middle. There is no air conditional at the front desk/reception area neither at the breakfast room.

The size of the room was big. The breakfast is ok, but not great. The staff is very kind and helpful. The pool is nice.

Facilities are very old. There was a warning that said “the a/c is old so if it is under 22 degrees it won’t work”, which was funny because why not renew it? Our toilet got clogged twice. Before our departure, I realised my sheets had blood stains which was disgusting. I also saw all the dirty sheets on the floor outside where guests can see which gave me the idea that they don’t really care about your opinions about how clean the hotel is.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of both sides of Ao Nang. You can walk everywhere and there is a 7/11 2 min walk away. The hotel’s design and setting is very beautiful, there are some great tile designs. The pool was clean 7/24, trees around it added a serene atmosphere. We really liked the bar in the pool. Staff was also helpful and friendly. (Especially the guy working at the breakfast area :) )

The WiFi never reached our room, or my families room, we were on the top floor. Facility is a little run down, crumbling concrete around the pool, and needs a bit of loving with a lick of paint. The rooms feel very old, I think the hotel is due some upgrades.

Helpful staff, great pool, breakfast was good also, location is good for any access you need.

My room had adjoining room with next room which was secure, but these doors are not sound proofed. Luckily it was inhabited by quiet people.

I had a pool view room. The hotel is only a short walk from both the west and east beaches and shopping / restaurant area. The swimming pool area is accessible from room area. Very good breakfast included in room price. Friendly check in and check out.

We arrived in the dark and very late so did not realize we were given a different room than the one we booked. We had expected a partial ocean view room but there was no view and by the time we realized this we had unpacked so could not be bothered to move. Also we did not eat the buffet breakfast as we prefer al a cart.

The pool was nice with its various levels. Walking distance to all you need in Ao Nang and off the Main Street so not too noisy. The travel agent at the resort was very helpful with booking our ferry tickets.

The resort itself Aonang is nothing but a tourist trap with more Indian restaurants than Thai if you looking for a watered down Thailand full of Europeans and souvenir shops and massage parlours this is place for you.

Hotel is OK but a little dated, location is also OK situated between the 2 beaches, breakfast very basic buffet but again OK so the word OK applies to just about everything this hotel has to offer including rooms, hot water, staff ...do not expect anything more.than OK.
