The double bed had a single bed attached to the side making it difficult to get out of bed. The pool was lovely but only had one ladder to get in and out making it difficult for me with reduced mobility

Very nice hotel close to bars restaurants and the beach. All the staff were lovely. The lady on the desk for trips was especially helpful. Breakfast was great.

I had booked transfer from airport, however nobody showed up. During 5 nights stay our room was not serviced at all. The bathroom was very dark.

Wifi connection in the room (building 3) was very bad. TV only had 1 channel in english (CNA news) As we could not use our laptop due to internet connection to watch movies and TV had only 1 channel it was not very convenient. Inconsistency, one day replaced towels on the rack the other day left the dirty towels on the rack. To avoid confusion we had to always throw the towels on the floor to have them changed. The tours they provide are a bit pricy, recommend checking other companies before booking a tour.

Location is very optimal in close vecinity of restaurants, supermarket and the beach. The hotel rooms are big and daily cleaning is provided upon request. The balcony is very big and has nice view. We enjoyed watching the squirls in the trees and gekkos on the walls. There is a nice smell all around the hotel from all the flowers and trees. Swimingpool is very big and nice design with a bar in the water. Breakfast had good western options. Staff is very welcoming and ready to help.

Being really picky. The water cups weren't great. Bottles are easier to use. But that's being REALLY picky. Our bath also leaked a bit, but nothing that wasn't fixed by the cleaners.

The pool and pool bar was an amazing touch. The staff were friendly and lovely to chat with. The room was nice with a great view of the pool and nearby mountain.

At first glance some furniture and equipment need refurbishment, however everything worked fine.

Apartment was clean, comfy bed, good A/C, friendly staff. There were stairs leading directly to our room floor and it was very convenient. Good value for money.

The breakfast had more asian options than continental ones, so it was a little bit difficult to us (brazilians) who are not used to eat seasoned food like fried rice or noodles in the morning.

Everything about the hotel is very good, clean room, good facilities, amazing and kind staff who does everything to give you confort. I needed to enroll in a meeting in the night and they kindly sent a guy to change the light in the room so it looks better in the camera.

Breakfast and always having to ask for missing paper in the room. We also noticed that when we started cleaning the room they didn't change the sheets, even once we had a stained sheet and instead of changing it they turned it the other way around, which I thought was really bad.

There was very little diversity in breakfast options. For a few days it's OK, if you plan to stay a longer period, the breakfast it's going to be a bit boring.

We stayed here 10 years ago and decided to stay based on that, the place has gone a little down hill since then and is in need of a bit of refurbishment, we had a pleasant enough stay nonetheless. Breakfast ok but needs a bit of work, a few more options would be good. Hot water was an issue throughout our stay, tepid at best....refreshing, I suppose!

Decent location between Ao Nang and Hat Noptharrat beaches, easy walk to both. Big, comfortable room, balcony with view of pool and a slither of a sea view. Good pool area with nice pool, unfortunately the waterfall wasn't working.. Big shout out to the staff, they were all lovely.

The elevators are out of service. Payment done by card. Although cash has been chosen. But it's a small thing. Maybe others will consider. .

Great location for walking to the beach or the seafood restaurants. Or the night market. Breakfast I liked. Although not a buffet.its a set menus with 3 options. The lobby and restaurant is an open area. Appreciated all hotel workers. They are super nice. And no problem for guests. And parking for car and motorcycle available in front. Thanks for the upgrade. And the amazing view to the pool and mountain from my balcony 😍
