Too many insects in the room including cockroaches, ants and even a spider. No hostel service, service reception was rarely there for helping us. We had to ask for new towels and ask for toilet paper each day… No one at the end of the booking for return the keys of the bungalow.

Nice pool to relax, not busy and very good temperature. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning (climatisation) worked very well in the room for a bungalow !

Bamboo was overbooked so they transferred me to 3 monkeys. The hygiene was not good, partly under construction and therefore I think nobody at the reception. It was not a nice experience.

There are insects as the place is surrounded by nature. The bungalow is quite far from the Aonang centre, so you must rent a bike.

Nice place if you are looking for an experience to sleep in a real bamboo bungalow. The place is surrounded by nature and a boxing stadium that can be quite noisy for some people. The staff were helpful to manage our needs.

There was no sunbeds at the pool. Location was far away from Ao nang beach but if you rent a scooter, it is okey. Since the rooms were made of bamboo, the sound insulation was not so good.

The bamboo houses were so nice! In a good way different. The pool was good.

The location isn’t great as it’s not walkable to the town or beach so you need to rent scooters. Also if you don’t like bugs then this isn’t for you, all night you can hear bugs and if we didn’t have a mosquito plug we would have been eaten alive in our room.

The staff were lovely and friendly, the vibe here was good and the pool was nice.

Bamboo huts are literally that. Just put together badly with lots of entrance points for mosquitos. Dangerous step down into bathroom and really sticky bathroom floor. Shower area was mouldy.

Firstly it does not have any of the amenities that it states. There is no pool bar, no where to buy a drink at all. There is no living room area . No blinds or curtains at the windows No mosquito net on ( we had 1 in 3 rooms and it was full of holes ) The sheets were filthy The shower had a hose! The shower doors didn’t meet and had a hole in the floor. It was beyond dirty. We couldn’t use it and showered outside. The pool has dirt all around the top . We booked kayaking through the hotel, someone knocked on my door at 11pm at night to get the money, all asleep in bed . Then took us to the wrong place and tried to convince us to stay as it was fresh water, we hadn’t booked or requested to kayak on a lake. We wanted to kayak through the mangrove. The bugs are everywhere, which we kind of expected in a bamboo hut but we had 6 massive cockroaches in the bathroom , they run through the gaps in the wood. We left a day early as we couldn’t face staying another night. We stayed out all day to escape the conditions, as stated we showered outside or at the beach as we could not or would not use the shower. It is very hostel like but doesn’t state hostel.

It has the potential to be really lovely, but unfortunately it’s not maintained, it’s dirty and falling apart

Too hot in the bamboo shack, the AC did not work considering it was 35 degrees outside. We left the resort after an our as it was simply unbearable. Disappointing!

Very tropical accommodation.. was a dream stay. Always dream to sleep in bungalow natural front pool and beautiful mountain view. Staff is absolutely excellent, Big thanks to Lisa the manager of it.
