Would have loved some fried rice as the breakfast. Restaurant had pre-allocated seating per bungalow (breakfast but also dinner), while we would have loved to sit at the edge with the view. A bit odd that they told us they we're out of springrolls and pancakes while afterwards we saw others receiving these? (Don't know if we missed anything here).

Very beautiful location in between the tree's, very beautiful view from the restaurant, some cool wildlife in the park (some chickens, colugo, lizards, beautiful spiders, cute cat. No nuisance of animals in the room and there was a mosquito net anyway). Freshly made breakfast was nice. Friendly staff.

Come prepared for no fridge or wifi in the room...it's to reduce the ecological footprint, which is understandable and fine (not really a negative). Just remember to bring a cooler box to put ice in if you want a cold beer on your balcony after a day out in Khao Sok :-) The property provides free ice, which is a nice touch.

The setting is beautiful and the whole concept of Anurak is a getaway from the hustle and bustle. If you are looking for that, you won't be disappointed. You are basically eating breakfast in the middle of the rainforest. We had expected the beauty of the setting but we had not expected such wonderful service which went "above and beyond" - several calls when we were on our way to the property to make sure that we were fed on arrival even with a late check in. The kitchen staff even stayed late. A special thank you to Kh. Lekky for his superb service and to everyone at the property for going out of their way to accommodate us and our dog. I have already recommended this place to a friend who has booked a stay later this month.

Mosquito net doors just were staying on the floor and we couldn't use them at all. The house was old and dirty. The hotel was like pet friendly but we paid extra money for the small dog and they prohibited to come in their restaurant with a dog. You can't order food when you want, only by prior order and until a certain time (7pm). And one more, our neighbor (Thai national) was screaming for 3 hours till 11pm (fought with his wife), it was very unpleasant.

The rooms are very dated and the maintenance has been poor over the years but you can see that from the price and pictures. The food is limited and there is no where else to go

The activities were very good and well organised, the elephant was well done for the resource they had, the lake trip was good but the people who did not go on the hike felt a bit let down by the floating hotel they were left at. The staff were eager to help and service was good Its located in a nice natural environment

What makes a stay at this place special is first of all the very friendly and amazing staff. They planned several activities and tours with us, e.g. a day trip by long tail boat in Khao Sok national park. After our activities we enjoyed ice cold beer at the hotel bar with a stunning view over the jungle. Thank you for the great time. We would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this place enough - it's in a beautiful setting, a unique and memorable lodge with lovely rooms, great food and plenty of wildlife watching from your own balcony! The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is served with a stunning jungle view (recommend the southern style pad Thai, massaman and pork congee). The highlight however really is the wonderful staff. I was unwell (started before I arrived) and they were so sweet, bringing me homemade ginger, honey & lemon tea, fresh fruit and specially made soups and checking on us daily. Aside from this they were very informative, friendly and helpful. I really can't praise them enough!

The room wasn't the cleanest (see photos of the ceiling fan) and our towels consistently had a damp smell, even after we asked for new ones (the staff's response seemed to indicate they're aware of this issue). The mosquito net over the bed was too small after they'd tied it in several places due to holes. The food was okay, however, since we had to inform them in advance of the time we wanted breakfast and dinner as well as our menu selections, this completely took away from the spontaneity of being on vacation. In addition, they give you designated seating for dining, so you have to look for your bungalow's name tag. Most of the time when we'd arrive for our meal, our table wasn't even ready or we were given the uncomfortable bench seating. Definitely wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.

We booked this room last minute after realizing that the first place we'd booked was too small for 2 people, and all the nearby places to the park were fully booked. The service from the staff was good and we were able to book a really enjoyable tour to Khao Sok National Park.

Lekki & Nit were the best. we had some difficulty with the booking but Lekki solved the situation with a super smile. He also helpt us to book the ferry. The activity with Nit was also amazing, he shared with us his knowledge about the jungle, the parc & the culture.

• The rooms were a disappointment. The difference between the pictures on Booking and the reality is quite important. We told the staff who told us that they had to cut trees and bushes after the Covid because it was too invasive and got into the houses, but most of the rooms didn’t get that burned vegetation view… • The kitchen closes at 7.30pm and the bar at 8pm, so after that, you are left on you own in the dining room or in your room. • We sent emails weeks prior to our arrival to book activities, had many exchanges with the manager, but when we arrived, the staff had no idea of what we booked because the manager forgot to forward our emails and we couldn’t do one of the activity - elephant experience - because it was closed on our date (if we had known earlier we would have managed). • The manager is sooooo chatty. He’s really nice, but he loves to talk a little bit much. He’ll come to you in the middle of your diner, and talk to you while you eat and won’t go away 😭. We love to meet new people and share nice time with them, but that’s too much ! • The bathrooms in the bedroom are very low quality. You’re in the middle of the jungle, so that’s understandable, but just be aware that if you don’t see any pictures of the bathroom in the pictures, there’s a reason for it. • The worst coffee we ever had. Like really. Every guests we met there agreed on that : WORST coffee. It didn’t have AT ALL the taste of coffee.

The view from the restaurant is AMAZING ! You are deep in the jungle and just for that, you need to go there. The staff working there is sooooo nice, fun and will make the most to make your stay the best. The hotel can arrange a lot of activities. The surroundings and Khao Sok is such a beauty, we felt so privileged to go there and there are not so many tourists !

the location was breathtaking, spent most of my time in awe of it. the staff were exceptional, super friendly and accommodating. I spent a week as a solo traveller and they made me feel really welcome. highly recommend and will definitely be back again!
