At first we booked the 2 bedroom penthouse with pool, and by the time we checked in were shocked that the pool was in a level and the only way up was a narrow round stairs that is very dangerous for kids. We had to change rooms. Other than that the rooms were amazing. Food options are limited though. And kids club very small.

Moving with a stroller can be a little challenging. Although there are golf carts and the staff is super helpful

Beautiful property! We had the 5 bed villa which far exceeded our expectations and the pics we saw. The private pool, food and all the staff were fantastic. Proximity to Kamala beach is great

the swimming pool not full private the price little high

i stayed in 3 rooms villa with private pool .the resort was so clean without any flies ,bugs or lizard . the staff were so cooperative and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the steak night was amazing. the spa was calming and relaxing. free transportation to kemala beach and other facilities free of charge for a distance not more thank 15kms.

Everything. Staff are helpful and do every thing possible for making our stay comfortable.I stayed in 3 room villa with private pool .Adequate number of towels of high quality were provided in the bath rooms and around the pool. Free car/ shuttle service to take customers any place in Kamala beach. It is obvious that the resort management cater the service for customers who looks for luxury stay and get what they paid for .

The shower pressure and heat kept varying during use. The internal spiral staircase to the pool of the penthouse suite has small treads and could be slippery with wet feet

Best hotel We ever stayed in. Great Breakfast - has a lot of options - and price was including the breakfast. amazing GYM. Amazing Service. Food at restaurants and SPA prices were VERY high - BUT- you get what you paid for- top-notch food and SPA treatments. This place is 2nd to NONE

Kamala beach was a disappointment and had we wanted to stay for longer than our four days we’d be bored as we would be restricted to the hotel pool. Odd location for a stunning property like this.

Amazing property with one of the best restaurants we’ve ever visited on holiday. We especially enjoyed celebrating Songkran with the staff.

The dinner at the restaurant does not meet the overall standard of the resort. Food was too plain for the price charged. 3 stars

Minor gripe about the water pressure for the showers in the room. Would run ok, then water would slow to a trickle and then run normal again; this would repeat for the whole time during use. Possibly due to using pumped system to reach top floor of block of 3 suites. Small kids club where space and activities are probably more suited to toddlers (2 to 6 years) than older kids (>7).

Excellent hotel, booked the 2 bed penthouse pool suite. Room was large, well set out with 2 beds, lounge space with dining table and well stocked kitchen and outdoor balcony. Small private pool with sun beds were on the roof accessible by a set of stairs within the suite lobby area. Main restaurant is great for meals, though we ate mostly in our room as plenty of space. Good choice of western and thai dishes for adults and kids. Excellent sauna which we visited twice. Very helpful staff. Use of hotel transport for runs into Kamala for free was great facility. Hotel has prime location on the edge of Kamala town which can be reached by use of complimentary hotel transport or a short walk. Also only 3 minutes to nearby closest local restaurants, 7-11 and Pharmacy.
