Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainIt took me almost one hour to do the check in, then had to 2000 baths cash as a deposit. The room had so much humidity that the floor seemed to be wet. There was a lizard living under the bed. Any time that you needed to go to reception or move around you need to call reception so you have to wait at a meeting point.

NorwayBe prepared to walk a lot during this stay. The food was meh. And the hotel room had a lot of bugs. Biggest issue was the internett. We didnt have wifi for 2 days straight. Staff doesnt understand english that much.

ChinaI think they are lacking stuff , the room was always one super late (around 7pm), no one never answers the phone if you call reception or house keeping. The rooms are up in a hill, there’s supposed to be vehicles that take you up and down the hill but we stayed there 1 week and were only able to ride the car 3 times. It was always late , full of people and even when we tried to book it our last day to help with the luggage no one showed up and of course no one answered the phone. The location is at the edge of Patong beach so walking distance to the “are where you are allowed to swim “ is like 25 minutes. But there are taxis around
The property is big and has a lot of potencial. Multiple swimming pools and good breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was nice and spacious.

IrelandShower was cold, shower handle broken. On arrival you are charged 2000 baht deposit. That’s no problem, but when checking out we were told we drank 2 bottles of sparkling water when we did not. Money taken from our deposit.

Not a good place for elderly abv 50yrs old. No lift..all need to take staircase till 4th floor. Everywhere is staircase even going to pool and restaurants.
