The other rude tourists that did not treat the staff well. It appears to be a pattern with certain coultures that believe staff are beneith them.

The location from the beach, markets and Bangla Road was prefect. Just far enough away to be secluded from the hustle and bustle of the main road of entertainment, but only 15 min walk to the centre of the epic party land. The breakfast was a buffet style with every type of food available for all cuisines. It was prefect. They even had a chef outside making fresh omelettes to order each day. The room was a pool access room with our own private sunbeds, deck and was surround by a hegde and swing gates that led straight into the main adult pool. The swim up pool bar was just three rooms down and across the other side of the pool. Excellent position to be staying in. The hotel has a tour guide on hand who works for a company called Kanok Phuket Tour and Transport. Jenni was there 6 days per week until 8 in the evening to help with taxi's, tours and information about the local area. This young lady was an absolute treasure to deal with and booked us on the most amazing day trips the whole Island had to offer. When staying at The Adaman Embrace, please stop by the reception area to see Jenni if you want to make the best of your hoilday.10/10 for Jenni.

The resort could probably do with better maintenance with general things like tiles, floor boards, doors and pool showers. Everything works just the tough Thai conditions like humidity must take a toll on these things!

Really good resort with everything you’ll need and close to everything that happens in Patong, about a 10 minute walk to Bang La Road! Friendly staff too (shout out to Neng! Great pool bartender)

Some parts of the hotel are old. They required my partner to leave his passport with reception for the duration of the stay as the room bond which was not stated before checking in and felt really uncomfortable. No issues getting it back though. The pool access rooms are great but not very private from the main pool, swimmers can see straight in to your room and pool area as the shrubs for privacy are under grown

The breakfast is great, the private pool rooms are a must. Location is far enough from the chaos of Bangla but still close enough to walk. Same for the beach.

What I liked about the hotel was that the reception staff were very wonderful and treated everyone with a sophisticated style, and the smile did not leave their lips 🥰 especially the beautiful Pam, Pang and Beau. Really the right people in the right place🙏👍

The towels are very thin and need to be better quality. The breakfast food was cold. The shower in our room leaked into the dressing area quite badly.

Some details were not great - the amount of sunbeds at the new pool, everything regarding the water in the room - the facilities are made in the way the water around the sink and in the shower stays and won't dry.

I didn't like the breakfast because it's not very diverse.

The part of the hotel where we stayed is newly built, and this was evident as everything was new and clean, both in the building and in the room. The pool is clean and well-maintained, though it's a shame there aren't enough sun loungers. The Wi-Fi at this hotel was exceptional; we didn't encounter any issues throughout our stay. It's very close to the beach and about a 10-minute walk to Bangla Road.

The Place was nice, the lobby was clean/quite and the staff were very nice always accommodating. Location was perfect, the busy street was right around the corner and easy to get to the beach. The hotel also has a Gym which was decent and the breakfast buffet had a variety of options

The biggest fault was the foisty smell of the rooms that literally made my clothes smell once I left.

Good location near restaurants and the beach, really nice pool and sunbathing area. Liked the rooftop bar and happy hour between 5-7pm.

I doubt the 5 stars rating in terms of service and facilities. First,I ordered food from outside (delivery). When the driver submitted it to the reception, they called me and asked me to go to the reception to get it. I asked the receptionist to send it with someone to my room but she rudely refused. Five star hotel guests don’t get out of their rooms to pick up their delivery themselves. Second, the “GYM” , is very outdated and in very bad condition. Equipments are rusty and old. They just threw some equipments in a room and call it GYM just to fulfill the requirements of being a five star hotel. There was no water no towels. Again, when I informed them it’s not safe to exercise without water, they reply: either you buy your own water or bring the water in your room. You pay the for a room in a five star hotel and get 2 star hotel service.

The only thing we had a problem with was when we checked in the mirror hadn't been cleaned and there were kiss marks all over the mirror from previous guests, and even when we asked our room to be cleaned the mirror hadn't been cleaned still.

Location was good, near patong beach. The pool was large and we appreciated the access pool area we had which was cleared of leaves every morning. Bed was big and comfortable, and staff were nice.

Bathroom design was terrible , had to climb into high bath to get to the shower . The design of the bath meant that the water from the shower was so far back that you couldn’t stand under the water due to the bath design . Also as a smoker I enjoy a cigarette on our private balcony when on holiday but this was not permitted. They did have a few smoking areas about the complex but with no seating .
