The staff very very rude, first time in phuket i deal with staff like this. Check in i have book 3 room 1- my room with my wife 2- my son 23 years 3 my sons 18 years and 15 years check in was 4pm first make us sign all the paper each one to delay us and waiting in loppy i ask way we waing just searching for room next each other ( you have to wait ) after waing i get room not same floor price for one room 7000 baht each in loppy i book in booking three room 16000 baht one night next day i want to holiday experess around 100 meter from this hoter. the staff need to behaive and speaks english no talking thai and lough and customer waiting they present the hotel not will and way you book from booking in the loppy we will delay you.

That person claimed that the A/c wasnt working & they had to struggle changing rooms .

I booked this room for another person who doesnt know how to book them selves . The room was nice & it had a bathtub in the bathroom which was really cool .

Building is a-bit old, ask for multi socket as in guidebook and others but only one common answer ‘sorry we don’t have’.

not much space for arranging clothes (in bathroom). We could have used a clothes / drying rack for wet swimmers and towels. Would have liked to dine at hotel / see live music / entertainment there too?

Room was ready upon arrival. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much and the bottled water each day. Great central location. Nice and quiet in hotel but walking distance to the town / markets etc. We had the pool access room which was perfect for our stay.

The front desk doesn’t have the authority to any decision! I have to send an email through Booking then I got the answer! I think the front desk should have some authority to solve any issues! Increase Halal food in the breakfast will be great !

The rap music at the pool bar had a lot of swearing in it and racist remarks that were inappropriate. There were young kids playing that could clearly hear it.

Great hotel in a quiet area but not far from busy area. We booked the pool access room which was great there’s quite an intimacy between out pool and the main pool

Everything was fine except I had a situation the last day when i did Checkout. The employee there was bad. I told him that I lost the keys and I will pay for that. He told me that you cannot do that and you have to find the keys and he started interrogating me. I told him that the hotel system when I came in, they told me that if I lost the key, you will pay for that. This is what I will do. He was rude and caused me to be late and the plane was going to fly on me
