The apartment is not really in a good condition, furniture is old, uncomfortable and dirty. We found many bugs and ants in the room. Pool towels are very dirty, lots of stains.

There’s a huge hill which taxis won’t go up so hiring a car is a must. Hotel offer a shuttle but we never used it. The beds are very hard & bedding quite old and torn but clean. The bathrooms were a bit grubby and hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while, dead flies on window sills etc. there’s no main pool and unless you have a duplex there’s nowhere to sit out and chill.

It’s out of the way so you’re away from the hustle and bustle of so nang. Own infinity pool which is nice to cool off. Very friendly staff.

But on odd time they charge for the shuttle 50 baht per person if it’s a group. Or else 100 bahth pp. Also on check In the receptionist asked us to leave our baby stroller at the lobby. On check out she forgot to give it nor did we remember to collect. When we reached Phuket we remembered and called the staff to arrange to send the stroller and she said it would be charged 1500 baht. It’s the staff mistake as well. They can’t charge a bomb. However I managed to arrange a pick up for 200. That’s the only thing I didn’t appreciate. They should go beyond & offer help when need arises.

The location is little far from city. But a Muslim location. There’s a mosque nearby (not walking distance). Halal food option was good. The private pool duplex villa was a great choice. Kids had fun. For families I would recommend this villa. It’s great. The sunset view is awesome. The dine in option, spa all are reasonably priced. The free shuttle to the city is great.

The downside to the great view is that the location is somewhat remote from shops and restaurants making you dependent on the shuttle service. The sofa in the room was not very comfortable.

The view is amazing from the hills overlooking the western Ao Nang area. Especially from the breakfast area, which is open to two sides. The view is best enjoyed from your own private pool. Free shuttle service to Ao Nang beach.

Furniture could be more up to date, but it was still very clean. Pool gets a bit chilly in the evening .

More equipment for people that have family to enable them to cook etc Toaster, knifes and forks etc The hill obviously but without the hill you wouldn’t have the views. Would be nice if there was room for sun loungers

Fantastic place to stay, the pool villas was outstanding. Transport into town was great possible more times to and from town would give you more options.

Common areas are not very safe for children. We travelled with our 4 year old and 1 year old. There are pools and steep drops in the reception area. So we had to constantly watch and follow them. No room service when we arrived late on Saturday night. The crib was tiny. For the duplex there is 1 bedroom down and the other upstairs. We didn’t know this. With kids it’s not ideal. Our showers didn’t work well with the water temperature. Breakfast quality and variety can be improved. Hot items were exactly the same everyday for 5 days we were there, and sometimes served cold.

Beautiful views. Lovely private pool adjoining the villa. The staff were very helpful and polite. We would consider returning for these reasons.

You can see your neighbors pool area if u stand on the balcony platform. So its quite insecure for me when u swim.

I like that the location is on top of the hill so its away from tourists but still just few mins away from the main street. Its on top a hill. So you need a transport. Walking is a no no but its ok as we rented bikes. Quiet just chill. Bed is comfortable and the private pool is nice. Aircon is good too.

TV coverage was poor - but then that wasn't a priority for our holiday. Beds were very firm. Facilities were a little bit tired but functional.

Staff were excellent - always trying to help. Individual pools for each villa were awesome to relax in and cool down at the end of the day. Stayed in a 2BR villa so our kids could have a separate room and a separate lounge area

Not much we didn't like. Only downside was one of our excursions couldn't pick us up because they couldn't make it up the hill. But that is not the hotel's fault at all.

Everything was amazing! The service was top notch, view was amazing, and room was clean and beautiful. The private balcony pool was spotless and a spectacular addition. It was so calm and peaceful up on the hill. Breakfast was always delicious and a great value. The fresh fruit and mix of Thai and Western foods was a perfect way to start the day.

the shower was horrendous trying to get water temperature correct. the kitchen is a waste of space as there is no plates or cutlery supplied. we went out at 8am and returned at 2pm to find the room still not cleaned so we had to wait outside 30mins or so

I stayed here when the property first opened and it was amazing. it’s starting to look a bit rough around the edges. the pool is still fantastic.

Some rowdy guests who made so much noise late into night. Screens could be added/extended on the sides of the private pool such that it is really private.

The bathrooms could require some upgrade as the bathroom fittings were outdated and a bit old looking. The property is situated on top of a hill so the location isn't the greatest but this is expected. However they do provide a free shuttle service to and from Ao Nang Beach and the service is paid at times which they do not offer it.

Loved how attentive and polite the staff were and they gladly assisted us with any queries or help we required. The pool villas are definitely worth it and the view for this price is unbeatable. Rooms are quite well maintained and the beds were comfy. The breakfast spread is top notch and delicious and they even helped us with a floating breakfast in the pool.
