The breakfast food wasn’t great not a good selection at all for the price. They asked us to wait a couple of minutes while they check the room when we were checking out but we had a taxi waiting for us for a flight. A bit of an unusual practice

A little tricky in low season to get service on the rooftop but there’s a number to call and they attend quickly

Loved the pool terrace room, 601 have you also a panoramic view into the jungle! Comfortable rooftop loungers and nice pool with views. Rented a scooter straight away via hotel. Mini mart next door, breakfast and lunch food options great and a good price!

Hey, so one of the staff was acting all weird, like he thought we weren't gonna pay or something. Then, the night staff told us he had already taken the full payment for our stay, but it turned out he hadn't. It was all a big misunderstanding because our bookings got changed twice, thanks to Vietjet Airways. The call from the hotel was a bit harsh, especially since we were on a tour at the time. But my husband paid the remaining amount and everything was rosy again.

- Our room which had a private pool. Mountain views. Ocean view from afar. Jungle view. - Infinity pool - friendly staff - yummiest breakfast -The floating breakfast is a must try.

When we left for the day on our first day there, we came back to the room and house keeping had made up the bed, however they didn't replace the towels and my girlfriend's mug wasn't cleaned. So I had to dial reception and ask them to bring up towels. Another day we went out again and came back at 3pm and house keeping hadn't come through. So we stayed at the rooftop pool waiting for house keeping to clean our room. This seemed a bit late for us as by the time they were finished it was after 4pm and we had been wanting to have a shower after our day out. There are also 'prayers' that come on outside of the hotel over a loudspeaker. This happens everyday before 6am and again some time later. It would wake us up. We couldn't go back to sleep either because we would have tours booked for the day so we would just try to go to sleep earlier. Had I known this I might've picked a different spot to not have our sleep disturbed. But this isn't the hotel's fault. The aircon would display the temperature it was set at, at night it's so bright it would light up the whole room. It didn't affect me too much but my girlfriend would have to wear a sleeping mask because of it

We went with a room with a private pool which was great, had great views from here and the room. Although the water was a bit cold. The room itself was very clean and more spacious than other places. The bed was really comfy. The rooftop pool was very nice with amazing views. We had the buffet breakfast for a few mornings which was fine. But then there weren't enough people having breakfast so we had to order what we wanted which was good. However they would bring out too much food. Which isn't a bad thing, just felt a little bad for wasting some of it. Location was a bit further from the main street. It was less than a 10min drive to get to the restaurants and shops but we liked that we weren't in the louder, busier areas. We knew this when we booked so we were happy with it. The lady who works next to reception booking tours, scooters, cars was nice and informative. We booked everything through her and there were no hassles at all.

Nothing everything is brilliant, only thing to note is the beach is a short distance to walk but the hotel runs a free shuttle service down to Ao Nang so it’s perfect!

This hotel is brilliant. It was our second stay here we returned because we liked it so much! The staff are incredible helping us with everything including a last minute early morning hotel transfer, the rooms are clean and the facilities are amazing. They really go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay

The hotel is in a weird location, a bit away from the city, and it's dangerous to walk next to the road. The area was full of frogs because of the season, though that's not the hotel's fault. The cleaners, however, were not very nice; we had to ask several times for better cleaning as we got very sick during our stay, unrelated to the hotel. The hotel's design is a bit weird, maybe just misunderstood. Due to bad reviews, we avoided eating at the hotel.

The staff at the reception was nice and kind, always smiling and welcoming. The hotel offers slippers and a bag with towels directly in the room for use at the pool. The pool is quite big and offers a nice view, depending on what you like.

Air conditioning in the room was noisy and breakfast should be better.

The staff were very nice especially jo jo (front desk) and the ladies at the tour counter. the pool on the top floor was exceptional and the balcony pool with the room is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We also liked being away from the main shops and bars of ao nang. Shuttle bus was a bonus. Walking was also easy to get to the beach (10 minutes). I would highly recommend this hotel

Limited interior space from no where to hang towels in the bathroom to no sitting area outside nor space to hang towels while using the private pool. The gym was limited and oddly located. The breakfast was overpriced and under served with limited options. There is only one elevator to serve the entire hotel, which makes coming and going somewhat tedious.

The outdoor private pool is obviously the main point of interest for this property. Beyond that, everything else was good to mediocre.

Wouldn’t say a dislike but the walk to the ao nang night market is down some backroads which may make it feel a bit more dangerous with traffic at night although only 10 mins away.

Fantastic facilities, lovely rooftop infinity pool for watching the sunset. Rooms very clean and bathrooms amazing with great water pressure. Helpful and friendly staff.

The room could use a clothes hanger as you'll have wet clothes in a pool room.
