Great location, walking distance to the night market which was a lot of fun. The pool is amazing!! Brilliant views and nice loungers. Was never busy which was nice. Booked a boat trip through the lady who was also lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Had to change bad lining as it was slightly dirty when we got the room. Location bit remote but you can rent scooters and then everything is close

The lobby was super hot and had no fans so waiting in the lobby was hard.

I did see some dust in my room on one table otherwise everything was clean

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room comfy with a nice view and I really enjoyed the infinity pool. I have seen some negative reviews on this hotel which I don’t understand as thought it was good. People complained about it being too far and not being able to get taxis but actually a 25-30 minute walk isn’t that bad and I easily got taxis. Also, when booking you can see the address. I didn’t mind being out of the main town area as it was a bit more peaceful.

The location was far from the beach, but that was my fault for not checking. Is very family orientated specially if you have kids.

The staff were so friendly, loved them all. The view from the pool was also incredible. The cocktails were very nice and at a good price.

There were just odd things you wouldn't expect from the hotel of this price / quality. For example: - Robes and slippers are included in the pictures (and facilities description) of the room we booked. When we arrived, there were no robes or slippers in the room. Apparently they’re only for the rooms with the pool balcony. My partner ended up having to have a small argument with them to get them to send them them up, and then they only sent the robes. Surely this isn't something that needs an argument... if we've asked for a robe just give us a robe... - There's one (!) hook in the bathroom, and it says 'if you want to reuse your towel, hang it here', but we found the only time our towels got replaced was when we hung it on this 'reuse' hook... - Bum gun didn't fit in the holder and kept falling out. - Housekeeping was generally good but missed a few things sometimes - Bathroom bin was forgotten about once, and didn't replace the tea bags and couple of times, and no creamer provided. Also, they come in the afternoon, so if you're out all morning don't expect your room to be down by the time you're back. - Rooftop bar at the pool was rarely manned which was very frustrating to many guests who wanted a drink with sunset. - Breakfast varied, it was OK one day, and poor the next day. Glad we didn't include it with our stay.

Comfy bed and good shower. Ample space in room. Very nice rooftop pool with great sunset view. Nice, decent gym. Most of the staff were lovely except one guy who had a bit of an attitude / power complex. The shuttle bus to Ao Nang beach, although would be better if there was more than just one return service (7pm). On the whole the experience was good, but for a hotel of this quality/ price, I expected a more seamless stay. Washing service was good but expensive (although don't use the place next door (which is half the price) - they put half our clothes in someone else's bag and lost two pairs of our socks!) Room service - food was decent (except the mango / honey smoothie which was awful) and the prices were fair.

The room service cleaning daily is very late and only happens after 14.00 hours most days Even after your day trips, the room is not cleaned and tidied which is unusual for a hotel Air conditioner was working well but the fan shutters did not rotate but this is not a big problem

The pool was abit dirty. There was beer cans and rubbish along the drainage. And the wifi wasn’t strong as it was shared among the whole hotel.

Nice facilities and there were rentals of bike and Krabi attractions within the hotel itself. The location of the hotel was well within the markets and food places for tourists.

During breakfast there was only one type of eggs (fried eggs) which is not the best considering they are not cooked at the moment. We would have like to have scrambled eggs instead.

Beautiful Hotel, our room was perfect! Everything clean and very comfortable! The private pool is amazing. The staff is very kind, they allowed us to take the breakfast 5min before closure so it was highly appreciated because we did the “Tiger cave temple” very early in the morning. And the day we arrived and we did the check-in our room was delivered earlier. Even though it’s not close Ao Nan town (beach) it has a shuttle (4 times per day) to go town. The pool in the rooftop is perfect to see the sunset and the food we bought was very good. Finally, it is very close to Noppara Thara pier, where you can get ferry to Phuket

Spacious wardrobe with just a few hangers. No place where to hang your swimming suits or towels after pool/beach. Only one small hook for all towels in the bathrooms.

Private pool was great. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. Good breakfast. You can order food to your room in good prices. You can rent a motorbike and book tours in the lobby.

Variety of breakfast was really poor. Terrible bar service. If you want to have a bottle of water or beer, you have to wait 30 minutes.

The pool was really cool and you are welcome to use it anytime. The person from staff, Aek, was very friendly and helpful.

Coffee shop in the lobby area does not open until 10am. In 3 days/2 nights never saw it opened. Hotel is way under staffed. Only one person in the restaurant during dinner on a Friday. Restaurant is dark and uninviting. You can’t really tell if it’s open.

Price was good value. Breakfast was good. Love the swimming pool.

Very friendly and helpful staff (especially Fah from Service and the person that booked all our trips and transfers). Clean and spacious room with an amazing view from our pool on our balcony. Breakfast was more than enough and a big variety. Can definitely recommend the massage. Location is not the best as there is not much close by. You need a ride or walk to the next restauranta/cafes/shops.
